American Deli — Restaurant in Ridgeland

Food is not good here... The sandwich in which I ordered was not what I asked for. The bun was cold and had not been grilled nor toasted. I asked for mayo and there was no mayo or oil and vinegar... The sandwich was dry and cold. I ordered 2 philly chicken sandwich with onions and bell peppers and they were both dry with cold buns that had not been grilled. I tried to call American deli back and no one answers the phone... I am a foodie and know good food and this particular American deli ain't it as far as the subs.. Those workers there are lazy and there was a lot of playing amongst them. I waited an whole hour for my food and it was not worth the wait . Don't waste your time here. I've been to a few American deli and gotten good food . The one in North Park mall does not compare to the others. The subs...

This location is terrible. The lady that took my order was ok, but that's it. The other lady that handles people's food was the worst. Highly unsanitary. She was smacking on food the whole time and had her hands in and out her mouth. She even took some food out of her mouth to talk to her coworker, then put it back in her mouth. Not one time did she go wash her nasty hands before handing the orders. The total disregard for germs, the customers, and the image of the company was crazy. I almost felt like it had to be a prank. The saddest part is, I could go on and on with even more. I will absolutely never think about eating there...

The two young ladies working the front counter today were so pleasant. However, this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location recently and some of the wings were smaller than my pinky finger. The wings were so small that I almost felt bad eating them. I paid $17 for a 10 piece combo half lemon pepper half mild and I felt like I’d eaten a 5 piece. Certainly a waste of money because I’m still hungry and have to spend more money on more food. I’m trying to give them a chance because this used to be my go to place for wings but I just can’t just give away $17 and walk away with an empty stomach in...
