Steak Escape - Northpark — Restaurant in Ridgeland

Horrible customer service. I ordered myself a large and my family a regular. When we got our food I notice all the sandwiches were all the same size so I went and told them I order a large , the workers there said yes that is a large so I said well show me what the regular looks like. It was the same exact size. Unbelievable. They did nothing to correct it except say that's just the way the bread comes. That's like going to subway and they have a 6 inch but because they call it a large they charge 4 dollars more but its still a 6 inch. Steak escape is a ripoff trying to sell large sandwiches but they are really just regular. $70 dollars...

I wanted something to eat while shopping that would be low carb. I stopped at this location in North Park mall. I didn't want a sandwich and I was surprised to see they have healthy bowls there with veggies and your choice of chicken or beef. I tried the sweet chicken teriyaki and it did not disappoint!!! It was so good and the portion was worth the price. I will definitely buy this again! I am so glad I stopped. The cashier was a bitter pill but the food...

Food was good. The customer service was something to be desired. No " Can I help you?" , " have a nice day" " thank you" even after I said " Thank you not once but twice....once after ordering and once after receiving my food. I ordered a tea, the gentleman said " we outta tea". Well ok are you out? are you making more? I mean what does out mean? Just no care at all. Customer service skills...
