I am extremely disappointed in the service at this store. I shop here all the time and pour $1000s of dollars into the store through shopping and recommending the store to other friends and family members. I literally want to cry I have never felt this way before or had anyone treat me this way. I have shopped here several times and every time, I have been mistreated. I hate to be this person but this needs to stop. I asked 2 different store associates for help and they both brushed me off . The red/orange headed older women (I believe her name is Janet) especially out did her self. She stood there having a conversation about her pay and how she has begun to receive over time …etc ( which I am sure are means for letting go of an employee ). When I approached her she ignored me at first and than finally answered me in a rude manner as if I interrupted her. I went in with gym clothes I am sure I did not appear to look my best. Update Clothes have gone downhill. Not a lot of good designers at all anymore. Sad. The dressing rooms now have sheer curtains. I don't know why not just put opaque ones up and let people have some privacy? Also, almost all of their clothes were in sizes XS, S, and M. Where is size L and up? Only a few things had sizes L and XL. Is this on purpose or just sold out? Strange to only be sold out of those sizes. Get more regular sizes.
