My daughter wishes to get a store credit for 2 items she received for Christmas: I was told immediately that the flannel she received TWO days ago was part of their “vintage collection” and was not returnable. The cashier then proceeded to attempt to return the other item and give us a store credit. Instead, she refunded the money to my brother’s credit card. Literally then told me, “I don’t know why I selected the wrong button, and I can’t change the refund.” I was speechless and upset for my teenager who would have gladly used the store credit at another time. The cashier then called the manager/owner and THEN the flannel that I was told was “unreturnable” became returnable!!! I was issued a 38 dollar credit and told it was too bad about the other item—. When I inquired as to when the manager/owner would be working, I was told she doesn’t have a schedule and comes in “when she doesn’t have her kids.” I was VERY disappointed in the entire experience and do not recommend the shop. ...

I highly recommend this store. Amazing customer service and great people working there. They are non judgmental and truly treat everyone with respect and dignity. I always appreciate a store that i can come in and feel comfortable and feel safe shopping. They have amazing items some vintage and some from artists and some just really cool items. Certain things are a little too expensive but most are reasonably priced. They also do birthday parties for all ages which I really think is an awesome idea. The only thing which is not anyone at the stores fault is that occasionally when they are hosting a birthday party because they don’t have a lot of space the costumers might unintentionally walk in to shop and accidentally walk in on someone else’s party which is awkward.
