Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a cell phone store. Marcus the “manager” started to help us by removing the SIM card from one phone and putting it in the other, told us he couldn’t change the number on one of our phones, and then proceeded to say that his store was closing while we are in the middle of all of this and that he couldn’t finish the process and sent us out of the store with two phone lines down. This is not ok considering that my husband runs his business off of his phone so that’s actually taking food out of our children’s mouths. Granted he didn’t say anything about closing when he started this process. We then called the battlefield parkway location who Marcus had obviously already contacted to find out they couldn’t help us either. Now we drove to Gunbarrel road walked in, told them what we needed and everything was handled professionally and within 15 to 20 mins. Do better ringgold location. Don’t give manger positions to people that can’t even do their regular job. If you have to stay over 5 minutes to make sure your customers are happy… you do that. Not Marcus, he’s the manager that’s sends you out the door worse off than you...
Read moreThere was one customer being waited on and one other customer in front of us and we still had over a two hour wait. There was only one employee who had to answer phones and wait on everyone. There were three people behind us when we left and several other customers said this is a typical experience at this location. Need more employees! And AT&T in general does a VERY poor job of informing you how much the regular monthly fee will be when you change plans. AND we supposedly upgraded our plan but lost the ability to have a mobile hotspot. I’ve been with AT&T since they were Cingular 20 years ago and I have gotten more and more disappointed in the fast years. Bills are EXTREMELY difficult to breakdown and the “fees and taxes” add an insane amount to the “monthly fee”. Is this a universal cell phone issue or do I need to start...
Read moreBe extremely careful. Took my son in to do the iphone trade in plan. Was told i would get a $650 credit on the purhase of the new iphone 7 plus. Called Andrew (the store manager) every month only to be lied to and put down even threatened by another employee that if i came to the store again about my credit they would have me put out by police. Today called att corporate only to find that they never even turned my account in as a trade in. This whole time they have lied and knew that they messed up my account. Andrew is dishonest and rude. After speaking with ATT they told me that i should have gotten a $650 store credit or prepaid card. Theyre now investigating why i never got it. When they called the store Andrew hung up on them 3 times. Buyers beware! Something...
