Elite Physique Gym is the best gym I've ever been to and here are the reasons why:

1. The customer service is top tier.

-I was nervous to sign up and Jade was kind and welcoming. She walked me through the gym to help make me more comfortable and helped me sign up with ease.

-Anita, the owner is respectful to every gym goer! You can tell she takes great pride in helping the community and she's very approachable with any feedback or questions you may have.

-Jordan is full of energy and bubbly. She's always taking great care of the gym, cleaning up, making sure everything is stocked. She really adds the personal touch and knows everyone's names!

2. The community

-Being newer to using these machines can be nerve-racking, but the community is so strong here. You can literally ask anyone for help and you'll make a new friend, while also getting your workout in!

-Every morning multiple people greet me and say good morning, it's something I really look forward to! I've never experienced this at commercial gyms.

3. The equipment

-There is plenty of equipment for everyone to use. Multiple stair masters, treadmills, cable machines, leg press & squat machines. They also have a hip thrust machine, smith machine, plenty of free weights & MORE!

4. The group workouts classes

-There are multiple group workouts classes that are completely free for Elite members. These are beginner friendly, and they are FUN!!!

5. Last but not least: DAYCARE!

-If you're a busy mom or dad and don't have a chance to breakaway without your kids, their daycare option while you workout is AMAZING! Feel free to peek in and check on your littles once in a while while working out.

Really during open hours you close the only room I wanted from this membership for some class when the other half of the room is unused. The back room us the ONLY reason I joined. Supper uncool. Then when the membership is cancelled they take out an addition 100$ when they say I'm going to get a refund of 93$. Then when I finally get my 100$ the 93$ was never refunded. Three weeks later and still nothing. This is a 193.00 mistake and a simple sorry isn't sufficient. This is highly unprofessional and two mistakes that could impact my account and personal life are unacceptable. These mistakes are back to back and blaming the computer is a joke. Some one should be auditing their accounts, and they should be the ones finding it not me!!!!

I wanted to add to this review now that the owner decided to message 6 years later on wanting to rectify the situation. I have forgotten about this gym. but a reply 6 years later really made me laugh at this point. the time to respond should have been within a few days, and not over half a decade. with such a delay in response should show how much the owner actually cares not only about their members. maybe this could be a turning point for them and their member service, but it's a bad image come in way too late. I'm now a part of the home gym community and don't see myself changing that...

My family has been a member since it opened. There are machines that have been broken for over 6 years. I mentioned that fact to my son and was overheard by an employee who then told Anita, the owner. She revoked my membership for staying a true fact about the broken row machine. That is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to complaints about the owner. It was a great gym at one time, no longer.

P.S. The machine wasn't being used by me. It was Kevin, who you know is disabled. It's unsafe for him to use it. I haven't worked out there in years because Defined is MUCH better. Again, you are lying. Charlie worked there for longer than he should have, and it. Was. Broken. You seriously are a pathological liar. You lie as a realtor, and I have texts to prove it.
