My name is Ryan, and I had recently made a purchase of a hells gate unregulated box mod (89$), five 120 ml bottles of fluid (100$), two rolls of wire (20$), two sets of batteries (44$) (total: four bat) and the charger (45). That is a 300 dollar purchase before tax and tips (regrettably) in a 2 week period. So when the button on the hells gate mod I purchased stopped working (due to it being stuck) I had faith in the nice people I worked with while making my purchase to be just as cheer full in resolving the situation as they were to take my money. Sadly, this was not the case. Instead what I received was policy reminder of 15 days on returns and that I had exceeded it by 5 days (3 days in reality). 15 days is good time to know if you like something, or a cash back policy, but the product breaking is unreasonable. In fact I didn’t want my money back I wanted a unit that would work. I explained I honestly felt that it was bad luck with that one box mod and still wanted the same product as well was willing to work with them and pay half or at cost so it wasn’t a loss on their end (money wasn’t a factor, principle is). Still today I can’t get any understanding or help due to this policy wall. In many cases I can see people would try to take advantage of a brick and mortar store it happens all too often but anyone with a brain trained better then to just stand behind a counter would be able to see this situation for what it is. So i was in Rio Rancho for Thanksgiving Holiday. I ran out of juice that i bought in my hometown Fort Worth, TX. I googled “vape shops near me” and oasis popped up. I first called and asked if they had different varieties of juices and got prices etc... The woman on the phone told me yes they have great in house juices and if i come in that i could get two 120mils of juice for $18. So i drove down bought two bottles of juice. I was excited because thats a hell of a deal. Started vaping my juice and within 2 days after, BURNT HITS. Now me and my girl have been vaping for 5 yrs or more now so i knew first off why my coil was tasting burnt after only vaping for 2 days with this juice! THE JUICES HAVE WAY TOO MUCH SWEETNER IN THEM. I was taught by a guy who owns a vape shop that i use in Fort Worth, TX. So i hope that this review helps not only the store, but the customers whos buying oasis juices. All in all the Sunday deal buy one get one was amazing. Two 120mils for $18 was great. But the juice quality is POOR and people should know before they spend their money on liquid thats made way too sweet that burns those coils up. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Steven (the manager?) at the Oasis Vape store in Rio Rancho off Hwy. 528.

I am an arthritic with really bad hands. I'm in my 60's. I've lost the strength and flexibility I used to have in my hands and this causes me to drop things repeatedly throughout the day.

I like water pipes because they make smoking easy on the soft palate at the back of my throat. This is where the smoke hits you on inhalation. Water pipes mellow out the 'burn' and the heat.

Anyway, on this day in Oasis Vape (also my first visit), I needed a water pipe but didn't want a big honkin' one because I smoke alone. I also didn't want something that would break easily. Add to that, I needed a pipe that wasn't heavy.

Steve took me to every possible pipe in the store that might be right for me. They have a terrific inventory. It wasn't an easy chore but we hung in there and found something for about $ 10. Obviously, he didn't make much money on me but this fact didn't stop him from giving me a good effort. I will return to Oasis for more shopping because Steven has made a grateful and repeat...
