I give them 5 stars for their customer service , being knowledgeable and very friendly ! But I give 3 stars because they are hustlers lol I get it you run a business you gotta pay bills… However, were my issue is , when I found them on Facebook they advertise mattresses $250 and up. They start offering me financing options and I’m like well if I’m gonna get a mattress I’ll just outright buy it if they’re only $250 and up… I ended up applying for credit and was approved for $3500 and the guy super nice by the way, He goes on to tell me oh don’t worry we don’t even have mattresses in here that cost $3500… already hesitant , I go along with it and try all the mattresses, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer and helped me figure out which mattress was best for me…. As we’re sitting down, he’s like don’t worry I’m gonna give you a good price. I’m gonna throw in a bed frame and some pillows. I got a good price for you… So I am sitting there and he’s writing all this stuff down we’re going through the motions . And then the final total came out to like $2400.. In shock still hesitant lol I’m like OK should I do this? Felt a little pressured Plus, I also needed to bed lol so I went through with it… He was also going to charge me for a sheet, but when I declined, he says look I’ll hook you up with a sheet if you just throw me review.. okay sure… I did a review for him got the sheet supposedly for free lol And then I’m reviewing the receipt and I’m seeing that these pillows he hooked me up with were like $100 each and then the bed was like $2000… and now I’m locked in on payments of $355 a month… He was kind enough to offer to deliver the bed to my house, Which is exactly what he did he delivered it and my husband had to drag it into the house by himself lol no worries. I didn’t want to drag that heavy bed inside either.😆 Long story short I went in there looking for a bed for $250 came out with a bed that was $2500😆 Unfortunately, you don’t realize if you truly enjoy or like a bed until you slept on it a few times and I’m starting to regret my choice wishing I had gotten a different option however they do not offer exchanges or returns all sales our final…. sorry to ruin your five star streak, This is just been eating at me the past...

The owner of the company Michael is FANTASTIC! He took me through all the steps from start to finish to make sure we found the perfect bed for me! Being an obese single woman in her 60s this was not an easy task-However Michael walked me through The entire process and made it quite pleasureable! He had me come in to the ware house to try out all of the mattresses and the firmness of each matteress before I made my decision on what I truly wanted! He was very knowledgable and knew his stuff with both the matteress and the financing available to me!
