Mix N Mojo Smoke Shop — Local services in Rio Rancho

This place overall is a nice, clean atmosphere but most of the interactions I've had with 3 of their employees every time with those 3 have been not so good. When I ask questions they seem to get easily annoyed, make me feel like I'm an inconvenience for asking anything. Then they have laughed at me as I walked out & they continue to look at me getting in my car laughing. I wasn't going to post anything but after the laughing which is very rude & unprofessional I've decided to, because the way they made me feel I hope they do not make others feel the same way. Another incident I was given wrong vape, I know I should have looked in bag before leaving but didn't till I got home & realized, I ended up just keeping the vape after the female employee told me all sales are final. Great service, fast, no hassle, had what I needed... Will definitely come back.. Was way better than the Oasis Vape that's across from them... More people need to go to these smaller shops more than to shops that have more stores or a bigger name like Oasis.. Prices here was way cheaper than Oasis... I was able to get 2 nic salt juices here at Mix N Mojo for the same price I would have paid for just 1 at Oasis...

I live SE Abq, but I'll definitely make the drive up here again. I don't mind driving out of my way or paying a higher price when service is this good and or the product is good... I'm sure they appreciate our $$$ more than the other shop across...

I hadnt been back to this shop for a few years but was excited that they had new stuff and great products and prices as before. I’d recommend comming in the mornings though because the two gentlemen that work in the a.m. are much nicer and more helpful than the young girls I’ve interacted with there over the past few months. I’ve only been back a few times but when I’ve gone in the evening the ladies have never really displayed any customer service politeness and have honestly been rude.
