First of all, this place is enormous. We’ve been to a couple other trampoline places in the area. This place is probably about three to four times the size of the other places. There are a lot of play areas with different things to do. There is a snack bar and just from what I saw, the prices seemed pretty reasonable. The entire place was spotless. We were there on a weekday after school, so it wasn’t packed but even so, the level of clean was way higher than I expected to see. There was also someone going around sanitizing things and vacuuming- I think they keep up with it constantly. Like the other places we have been to, you buy time by the hour and they give you a colored wristband and periodically call out when times have ended over the PA system. Your ticket includes a pair of grippy socks that you wear while you’re there and you keep them.

The only thing I would have to caution is if you are taking a younger child you are going to want to stay with them the entire time. This isn’t one of those places you can kind of sit in one place and keep an eye on your child from a distance. I mean- you could- but you’re taking the chance of your child getting hurt. I took my seven year old and he needed constant supervision. This place has so many areas with so many different things to do and there are places that they can hurt themselves if not being supervised. I don’t think this is a fault or a negative in any way. My son had an amazing time and tired himself out. He also luckily had run into friends from school there so they all played together and they could have stayed there several hours without getting bored. I just think you need to be feeling up to it to follow around and supervise a younger aged child. For the days when I’m not up to that I’ll take him to one of the fast food places with the indoor play areas or something like that.

Bottom line is I think Elevate is amazing and will wow your kid and tire them out. Younger kids will need...

Left a comment on their Instagram and instead of replying to me, it was quickly deleted, so I guess I'll leave a more thorough review here.

We went this week and none of the staff wore masks. Only some of the parents did, with zero enforcement, but I get that staff everywhere are fatigued by reminding patrons to do so. I didn't expect the kids to, but even the snack bar and a staff member with a 'Manager' jacket on were maskless. Literally none of the staff had masks. Mandate is still in effect until January 7th and this is a place for active children...seems like an easy measure to make families feel a little safer with the recent spikes.

No sanitizer on hand anywhere either. In the men's room, one soap dispenser was empty, and the other was almost empty. In 90 minutes we didn't see any staff cleaning or sanitizing any play surfaces, chairs, or tables. There was a broken swing in the play area and eventually an employee brought a chair out to try and climb up to take it down. He didn't use a ladder...not exactly safe, he was unsuccessful and left the swing there. There is also a raised platform with an area that is covered by netting underneath so children cannot access it, but the straps holding the netting were broken and children were climbing under the platform where it was obvious they shouldn't be.

I wouldn't have mentioned any of that besides the masks if they had replied to my instagram comment instead of deleting it. There are lots of local trampoline parks, and while I would like to give my business to Elevate I also hope they would seek to engage their customers rather than delete and brush off concerns, especially given so much local competition. Two stars because they were open on time and no one got hurt while...

You can not trust the people working here. First off let me say I took my daughter for her birthday. While we where there people where running all over. And when I say people I mean grown adults where running into my children several times and knocking them down. The employees did not say a word. They are a bunch of teenagers working with not adult supervision. Its literally a zoo. I will not be going back .If you have small children I would not take them. And I wish I could tell you that was the worst thing that happened. So after we left A couple hours after we got home I realized I Did not have my phone. So I called and spoke to an associate. I described to her what my phone looks like, and the cubi that we had put my our stuff in. She insisted that no one had turn in my phone and refused to go look and told me that she would look when they closed. I was irritated with her behavior. So I sent my husband to go look for my phone. My husband, was their within 10min after my phone call. When he got there he went to the front desks, and asked about my phone. At first she acted like she didn't know what he was taking about and then later admitted that she did remember someone saying something about a lost phone. And then looked under the desk and said oh is this your phone. How convenient all of a sudden she knew exactly where my phone was, but had no Idea 10min earlier. I will be putting in a complaint with upper management. For all of you who go be careful with your phones!...

I’d never been to a trampoline park before. Pretty cool place. We took 50 8th graders as part of a field trip to celebrate the end of the school year. Students had fun, the place appeared clean, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. After being there for an hour or so, I felt somewhat bored, but I could see from the student’s expressions and laughter they had fun running around. What stood out to me was most of the students you’d think would be on their phone or listening to their music were actually enjoying being a kid again. That was a pleasure to see. The food was mid at best and the staff seemed like NPCs. I don’t blame them, but at the same time I blame ‘em. Taquitos we’re burnt from the snack bar, but the prices were fair.

Lots of different play areas. Only downside is that they only allow their brand of grip socks.
