Mister Car Wash — Local services in Rio Rancho

I have a 2024 GMC 2500 Truck that was very expensive and take pride on the upkeep. I took to mister car wash and the car wash took off a black plastic piece on my bumper and left a nick on same side of back bumper. We reviewed footage and Nathan told me the plastic piece he could tell was loose and the nick was there. You could not tell either of those from the blurry footage he showed. He said the mud on camera was making it hard to tell. We chose to escalate and have not heard back. This happened on May 3rd, and were told we would hear back in 3 days. We didnt hear back for a week and had to keep calling to get ahold of Nathan. Now we are waiting another week and still have not heard back from Franklin after escalation. Find another wash to take your cars too!

Update: They determined that they could not take responsibility for it to prove to their corporate. Although it was clear the plastic piece on bumper was fully on before it went into wash. When I reviewed camera they had several other claims so I know I'm not the only one. Beware and avoid wash...

Its the express wash. The back tail gate on my f 350 was untouched not washed. But it very long. And the rest was okay could have been better. It washes the mid size sun farly well. We go there about one or two times a month in the suv. Vacuuming system work good most of the time. If the sun is very dirty I'd say the wash is not the best. But it dose fairly well if it just the normal dirt from everyday driving. We tried all the different price washes they seem to be about the same. The difference is the waxs that about it in a nutshell. Your car your wash you decide. As I said we go back and we'll keep going. Most car washes are all about the same anymore. I do like the stuff...

Does the job although sometimes it doesn’t really seem like you’re getting much water or soap. I got the membership and I really like it. It’s somewhat expensive since I have two for our household vehicles. This location is very close to our house so I can use it often, which makes up for it missing spots. Not satisfied, just run it through again. Also, Jeep owners, it’s going to miss lot, but if you run it through a least once a week, it should keep it fairly clean. Just a quick wipe down with some waterless spray wash...
