Update: The response by who I could only guess is the owner of this franchise is disgusting and untrue. I took home two wrong copies, not 4. I will remind the owner that the second time I went in the manager completely forgot to produce anything, and I am still waiting for the correct one. If a Customer makes an order online, you can clearly see what to expect. I have talked to corporate and expected a call from the owner who has not called and if the owner is the one who wrote this then is again a good example of the terrible customer service you might receive. I feel abused and ripped off. I will be calling Better Business Bureau and the bank in the morning. This is a very sad turn of events and I did nothing wrong except patiently wait four times for an order that looked exactly correct online to be done right and it never was. I will not display their terrible work in my establishment and I suggest you go elsewhere for your printing.
Terrible customer service and incompetent staff for print jobs. I placed a print order for a single bound booklet online. I went to the store 4 times over one week to pick it up. The first time, it wasn't printed to instructions - single not double sided. The second time, the manager, Kumar, said he forgot to redo it after I waited 15 minutes for him to be available as he was on the phone with technical support for cash register issues. The third time, it still wasn't printed to instructions again and the staff argued with me as they showed me the back end of their files. - which did me no good as the UPS Store online order site shows you the layout as per your instructions exactly as it should be printed. Time number 4: The booklet again was incorrect. The instructions for bleed were not followed and a white border was present when the instructions clearly stated 'no white trim' in a UPS app checkbox. This was an instruction they happened to get right the first two times, but argued was impossible when I tried to pick it up a fourth time.
The staff refused to refund my money for a project that was still incorrect despite 4 trips out of my way to collect it. When I talked to the manager, Kumar, on the phone, he was belligerent and rude and refused to accept responsibility for his mistakes.
I have never been treated so rudely by an establishment or a manager. I have lived in the area my entire life and use this location often. Though going to Albuquerque for my print jobs in the future will add a few more miles, I will go out of my way to avoid the Enchanted Hills UPS Store...

I called in this morning to confirm that they had completed an Amazon return properly since Amazon did not show it received and that happens instantly normally. he told me that it could take until 6:30 tonight for it to show that when I questioned it he told me I will have to take it up with Amazon. I asked if they don't show it received and I get charged for it since it seems like an error on there side are they going to pay me for it since they are handling the shipping. Rudely he told me no take it up with amazon. After that he asked if I had checked the tracking number on the receipt, I informed him they had not provided one he told me its my job to ask for the receipt they don't just provide them. I told him that makes no sense and he told me it is standard. (I should have asked but since one was not provided but that is not standard in my experience shipping many packages in my life including from this location. I asked if I could speak with a manager because he was becoming extremely rude at this point and that is when he informed me he was the manager. I asked who his boss was because of how rude he was and he told me he doesn't have a boss. I said that can't be true unless he is the owner or CEO he has a boss and he told me no call corporate. I asked one more time to speak to his boss and he starts asking who my boss is???????????? I told him that does not matter since the issue is his customer service and store. Again he asked who my boss was, I asked for his boss and again he told me to call corporate. At this point I know I will get nowhere with him so I asked for the corporate number. His response figure it out smart guy....... If this person actually is a manager the business needs to look into other options because this has completely soured my opinion of this location as well as UPS. I have attempted to contact corporate but struggled to get through because of how busy they are but I will make sure I get ahold of them after this very poor...
Read moreHorrible experience at the Enchanted Hills UPS store today. My daughter made an appointment for 10 am today for a passport photo. When we arrived at 10 we were told the gal that takes passport photos doesn’t arrive until 10:30. I said we made an appointment and even received a confirmation email from UPS. The employee said “oh we really don’t go by the appointment system we usually just do walk ins.” Ok, so that was irritating but we just decided to kill a half hour and come back. When we came back, the line was to the door. (No line earlier at 10). The nice young man who also worked there recognized us and he brought it to the attention of the employee that apparently is the only one that can take the photo. She was obviously occupied and didn’t appear to be happy to have her work interrupted. (Granted the store was empty at our appointment time but we said nothing). She eventually made it over to us, took 3 quick photos with a digital camera and said “it will be ready in 24 hours”!! I said that was unacceptable as we had an appointment in 2 hours at the USPS to process her passport. She said she can ask her manager to expedite it. The manager was working at the register and I heard him tell her no to expediting it. I walked up to him, tried to explain that we an appointment, had to wait for said appointment and no where on website did it say we had to wait 24 hours for her passport photo to be printed!! I also explained my daughter had a passport appointment at the post office in 2 hours and she was headed out of town this weekend for college. He said to me “I know YOU are being demanding but I can’t get it to you for several hours because we are busy”. I said to forget it then, I needed the photo. Luckily, as we walked out, a kind woman said Walgreens next door will do a passport photo for you! I gave her a huge thank you! We walked next door and got my daughter’s passport photo taken, processed and printed within 10 min! They were super friendly, professional and expedient unlike the UPS store!! I will never return.
