Michaels — Local services in Four Corners States

I have gone to this store twice now and won't be going back. The store is clean and the product is great, but the staff followed me around both times as if I was going to steal something. The first visit I was asked 3 times if I needed any help. This visit I was asked once if I needed help and then pointedly followed around the store by the same employee who kept coming into the same aisles as me with no purpose. Then I was questioned thoroughly at the register what I was buying my items for. I felt so uncomfortable that I left the store. Poor performance, manager store Disrespectful me when I ask if we can use the restroom she said “nop now is closed for you good bye “ With a mocking tone I disrespected and I told him that because he acted so I could understand that the bathroom was closed but he didn’t need to be rude to me. I went to the front to look for the store manager and it turned out to be herself, I was surprised by the lack of emotional intelligence and professionalism towards this manager. I stopped here on 6 Jan, shortly after they opened at 0900.

The store was clean, well-organized, and had signs that made it so easy to find things. The selection of everything was fantastic, and the prices were decent.

I found everything on my list, and enjoyed looking at things I didn't need. The young person whom helped me at checkout was friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient!
