I've been going for about 3 months now, 3x a week and Studio Joy has been vital in my ongoing battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The workouts are forgiving on joints and because the classes are on the smaller side, you get a lot of adjustments and help from the instructor. Not only is my mobility improving but my wrists, grip strength, and posture are as well. Starting class and ending class with meditation and breath work has aided in my continue work with mindfulness practice too. Days I feel extra stiff, there are options for Stretch classes.
