Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Ripon

Absolutely horrible service and prices! I decided to try them a second time after I had to go back with a pizza that was burned black. All the manager did was refund my money! He did not replace the pizza. My recent second time going there I ordered online for pick up. I specifically stated no mushrooms in the notes as well as taking them off when creating the pizza. Guess what? I get there and there are mushrooms on the pizza! The same rude manager (male of Indian descent) says I will have to wait for another pizza to be made! Doesn’t even offer to deliver it to my house. So, I went home and then back twenty minutes later. No discount for the inconvenience! They should have given me the pizza free! I told them to take the desert off the bill as it had been sitting for over an hour. Didn’t even offer to give it to me free which is what should have happened! 72.00 dollars for two pizzas. I expect more for that price. That manager (owner I assume) is the cheapest one I’ve come across yet. Don’t give this place your business. In the end, you can get four pizzas somewhere else at that price which taste much better. I normally don’t wtite reviews but because the manager is so rude and inconsiderate I had to. Thanks...

On April 25 I quietly walk in to buy Salad as I do every week!! The beard guy was mad because he got caught giving free pizza!!! To the owner Gerbander you need to do something about your employee who was very rude to me when I complimented your pizza place!!! He said he was goin give me owner number then he said no I ask him if he wasn’t guilty y lie and not give me number he then said God bless me in a Sarcastic way!! People need to stop using God in vain!!! Never judge a book by its cover!!!! I would like you to do something about him he told a mother customer when I was walking out that I was causing problems!!!! That was a lie!! Now if you the owner want to run a honest business call me or I will call you during week!!! Stop your employee from telling people lies!! It doesn’t hurt my feelings to go to Manteca Pizza!!! Never again. Keep my "points" which are apparently worthless. Twice I have ordered items online from this roundtable with points and twice.. "it didn't show on the receipt on our end" and wasn't delivered. Why order a third time? Called the Manager on duty after I discovered we had paid for 4 ranch sauces as well and got 1. Yeah it's only a dollar and 50 cents but it's the customer service she made sure to tell me they didnt see the twists i ordered on their end so there was nothing they could do about that...she did offer to send someone to my house with 3 more ranch sauces but to me that's a waste of her employees time and mine pizza would be cold by the time my ranch got here . Not one time have I had an issue with my order from Gold Dust pizza here in Ripon. 55 dollars wasted could have spent at Mountain Mike's...
