I walked in at 12:15p, there wasn’t a car in the parking lot or a customer inside. I was told it would be a minute from the back. (No big deal) a supposed shift manager or lead manager came out, needless to say she wasn’t happy they had one customer apparently. I ordered a sandwich from their menu (trying to make it easy since I was inconveniencing her) she was literally throwing vegetables on my sandwich. Then rudely as I was asking how to enter my info for points, she yells to the only other employee in there to take a break. Yes, at 12:15 when they should probably be the busiest. The bread was ripped in half on the top piece, and what tasted like ceasar dressing was used but the menu stated Ranch. Perhaps that’s why at a busy lunch time they didn’t have any customers. Now that explains why, the last time I went there the owner didn’t know how to make a sandwich they had on the list. I gave up and walked out and planned to never go back. Read moreme and my friend ordered online, using a BOGO deal, took the worker 15 minutes to tell me they cancelled my order but not my friend's order. They forgot to cancel my friends order and gave someone else the food and charged us for it. Called the place 12 times today and they will never pick up the phone. Watched the worker ignoring me calling from outside 10 times, then they would just answer the phone but not say anything and walk away so they didn't have to hear it ring.... Horrible workers and horrible...
