Ordered 8 Rolls to go. We have had decent experiences in the past but this one...not so much. Won't be back. Got the wrong rolls, wife called and went back to try and get it corrected....they had her bring the wrong roll back because they thought she was lying about our order? Wanted her to wait another 20 minutes to get the right roll...nope. took the roll back and they refunded the wife for the roll she didn't get. In the end only 7 rolls so the wife didn't get the one she ordered. Terrible customer service...over $100 and a jacked up order. The problem was that the chefs made the variety of ordered meals and sent them out as they were finished being prepared. Our party of eight could not eat at the same time as by the time the last two dishes were served,15 minutes had passed from when the first orders had been served. So rather than wait for the last plate to be served, friends were assured to begin eating them while hot. Funny thing was is that the last served was cold sushi. Read moreMy wife and I ordered them for takeout. It's a very interesting situation cause the quality of the sushi at a quick glance looks substantial and as if they used decent ingredients. But the food was not fresh at all. It was almost as if it had been sitting out and stale. They might be using too much vinegar in their rice or maybe cheap rice, cause it was almost soggy and too moist. We probably won't be eating here again, unfortunately.
