Chuck E. Cheese 📍Paramus, N.J. 🅿️ Chuck E. Cheese parking lot. Next to Macy’s Furniture Store. ‼️ They have you take a selfie with your child upon arrival and you need to show the photo to leave for extra security. Trampoline area is extra. 🍽️ Food, snacks and drinks available for purchase. ⏰ M-Th: 10am-9pm, F-Sat: 10am-10pm, Sun: 11am-9pm. 🔢 Fun for all age groups. They had the games for older children towards the back of the location. 💰They have different packages you can choose from such as unlimited play for a time period (we did 45 minutes for $31.13 after tax). Or you could choose a certain number of plays. Prices vary on locations. #bergencountymoms #bergencounty #chuckecheese #thingstodoinnj @Chuck E. Cheese

Came here for my grandson's 8th Birthday. Parking available in lot. This location is on Route 4 East in Paramus. Not easy to get here. I came from Parkway North...lots of twist and turns to get here. It's in the Macy's lot. Place was super packed...hundreds of kids running all over the place. The games were interesting for kids. The new cards (instead of tokens) are better, but kids kept losing them. Wrist bands would have been good to prevent this. In party sections, tables were set up in a row, you didn't know where one group party started and another one begun. Chaotic. Bathroom were filty. Parents need to go with kids, don't let them touch anything. Disinfectant spray should be provided so parents can spray toilet seat, or at least seat covers for kids. Person should be assigned to clean bathrooms. No toilet paper in a few stalls. It was so crowded, that I was afraid that someone could walk out with our kids. A few reviews that I read stated that their hand was not properly checked to see if that kid belonged to that parent. Scary. Parents watch 👀 your kids. Girl assigned to our area was courteous and helpful, but I think overwhelmed. Chuck's E Cheese mouse 🐭 came out twice and walked away too fast to be able to get picture with birthday boy. He was doing like 3-4 parties at once. Cleaniness of common areas not great. Table had sticky stuff on them. Benches were comfortable. Cost of birthday party very expensive. Grandkids seemed to enjoy themselves though and that's what it's all about. He choose this place 2 years in a row. Kids given pizza and drinks only. I didn't have any food so unable to review. May try different location to be able to compare. Kids had a good time.

My daughter has been asking to stop at Chuck E Cheese for months now thanks to her summer camp teachers so we decided to stop by for a little while on her 5 year birthday celebration day this week. Firstly id Luke to say the staff is extremely pleasant and not upset that you came in today which is nice. This arcade/ fun center gives you childhood vibes for some of us more senior folks while serving as a brand new fun palooza for your child. Establishment was very clean and staff are disinfecting rides routinely between uses. To enter the bouncy/ indoor park equipment you must purchase Chuck E Cheese socks for $15 a pair which serves as anti slid protection on the Bottom for your child as they play inside and incredible speeds in between the two. They had a fresh salad bar which was very nice to see for the more health conscious folks out there. The pizza was hot buttery and fresh with the legendary Chuck E Cheese flavor baked into every bite. Lavatories are also very clean and there are booths spread out throughout the entire arcade for parents / grandparents who need to sit down for a quick minute. The only reason im not giving then 5 stars is because I believe the $15 anti slid socks requirement should have been made known at the time of arrival rather than have to come back after being told the rules by a random someone. There is plenty of parking out front and a very generous prize showcase for all those with tokens.

If I could give 0 stars and write my review I would. Today I experienced one of the most disgusting encounters with an employee in regards to my autistic son who is 5 years old. The employee was dismissive disrespectful condescending rude and so much more I can’t even express but you could only imagine. On November 2, 2023, I took my autistic son to the CEC in Paramus where he was so excited to be and play. While my son was playing, his eyes were drawn over to the trampoline area where there were many kids playing and jumping around in. As a parent of an autistic, non-verbal child, and knowing the safety concerns, I was curious enough to ask the attendant in-charge of the trampoline area , if my son would be able to jump for a few minutes alone when all the other kids cleared out during break time. I was completely aware of CEC’s Autistic Program, only being (1) Sunday a month for (2) hours and in the day in question, not being a Sunday, we figured we could only ask if an accommodation would be possible for a few minutes. Some parents may understand my frustration but many I’m sure will, when you have a son who does not understand all the red tape rules , I felt that asking a few employees to see if they’d be able to accommodate for a few minutes, would not be a problem at all. At this moment, after receiving an approval of allowing my son to jump for a few minutes, we paid his way, just as everyone else, and when confirming with a manager, by the name of Andre, he rudely stated CEC could not remove all the kids just to accommodate an autistic kid. While expressing our concerns and in attempt to having a conversation with this gentleman, he became very dismissive and told me all he could do is refund our money and that CEC only accommodates autistic kids the first Sunday of every month for two hours and not on this day in particular. This then started a completely unnecessary and unprofessional encounter with this particular employee which was completely beyond me. I have to say this was the most hurtful encounter I have ever been through while being a parent of an autistic child. I am my sons advocate and I have been coming to CEC location for years now, as it is my sons favorite place to be HIMSELF. CEC having taken another step forward in creating more inclusive opportunities for autistic individuals throughout the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood making a world of difference for all people with autism, I believed that it would be a place with more understanding individuals/employees. There’s a way to speak to ALL people and it’s called with RESPECT. I hope that no one or family, with or without a disability, ever has to encounter such disregard and disrespect like I did. And to top it all off he was laughing and smirking like it was funny or even a joke. Then proceeds to tell me he has autistic brother who’s 7. Which surprised me since his behavior towards my autistic child was disgusting. Two other employee intervened and were stun by his behavior as well. This needs to be addressed...

When we first came in they asked us for a photo of me, my husband and daughter together. I was confused at first but the lady explained that there were lots of kidnappings going around...😳 We've been to other chuck e. cheese locations a few weeks before and was never asked for a photo and just given the icon number stamps. I did understand but I was confused and a bit shocked because...was it just this location? Or is it something new that all locations are starting? Either way I did appreciate that they prioritized safety! My biggest fear is having my child kidnapped so it gave me a sense of ease but I would probably still like the number stamps to be a second check!

We usually go to the Wayne and East Hanover, but this location has a HUGE play gym along with the trampolines. My daughter loved the side! Reminded of the huge gym Chuck E. cheese used to have when I was a kid - only a lot more clean. It's also not free. Which we don't mind, but since they have the big gym it's $18 with socks included. The other locations we go to is $12 since they just have the trampoline - fine with us because it made our girl so happy! I also read some negative reviews about the socks and having to pay extra - honestly it's great so that we don't get hurt, it has really good grips on the bottom so no slipping! Keeps the play area cleaner too!

Food was okay. Nothing crazy. We usually eat before going so we really don't go there for the food, but today we wanted a bite and order a platter with cheese bread, fries and wings. Not bad, just okay. Not a big deal for us - mainly come here to let our girl just have fun lol

So yea overall I would say it was better than the other locations we usually go to because of the bigger gym area. Oh and they have good games too! Whenever we're in the area we will definitely pass by so our girl can have some fun and get her energy out!

4 stars because even though there was a height limit for the gym there seemed to be bigger kids playing in the gym area. (I'm 5'1" and they were almost my height!) Wish the height limit was smaller for the safety of the...

First of all this location Chuck E Cheese is not deserving 0 Star!! They will promise you everything, but in reality it will be very different. The store manager Carlos is very rude and very unprofessional. He has blundered all the things. Literally Carlos made the fraud to us.

  1. Starting from communications (someone saying Yes to something and other person from same team saying No to something). Huge communication gap among themselves. First of all you cant even reach them over phone.
  2. Delivering Pizza (we ordered Premium pizza with Chicken and Veggies but mentioned strictly no Pork or Beef, but finally they delivered with Pepperoni. Even they delivered 2 times wrong) 3.1) Bill Payment Fraud/Scam (even though they did mistakes for delivering wrong Pizza, they charged them, which we had to pay) 3.2) Bill Payment Fraud/Scam (even though we had applied BDAYFREE code while booking for which Birthday Star can be waived off, but still while we make the payment they said no you didn't apply becoz its not coming in our system) 3.3) Bill Payment Fraud/Scam - For all premium extra size pizza it says $28 (same amount mentioned in their website + in front desk also they mentioned the same price), but when they gave the final bill they took extra $9 for 1 Pizza, $6 extra for 2 Pizza. 3.4) Plus many more, its difficult to list all the blunders.

Basically they have taken more than $150 from us which I feel it's a scam or fraud.

BEWARE guys for this Paramus Chuck E Cheese location!!! You should think 10 times before you book any party or even to come for 1 hour of play. Their service is very very bad. Also Pls beware with Mr. Carlos, the store manager who cooks Pizza and sometimes he will come outside and will say wait for 2 mins, but he won't come back for 30 mins also :) Horrible and pathetic...
