This by far has been the best experience for an Auto zone store Nora the associate was very helpful from the moment I walked through the doors . My needs were met with excellent customer service very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location it has the best customer service experience in the local area . The manager is definitely awesome for being a great leader . It be nice if all stores could learn some things from this location. Thank you Nora for your help 😁

We are now in 2025 it’s been a little over a year since my last review on this store and I once have to give this store 5 star ⭐️ service again Nora the associate who assisted me over a year ago is still here and just as helpful and knowledgeable as can be . I have to say I drive from the other side of town just to come see Nora and her wonderful customers service . I was able to meet the store Manager and he was amazing I wanna say thanks to all the staff who go above and beyond to help customers . My husband and I have been to this location several months ago before today & it’s been the same experience amazing service! I was helped by Lucy & Nora with my battery. I called to an autozone location before coming to this location to double check & see if they could retrieve info showing that I purchased a battery at this store & was dismissed. I went into the store & they were able to see I bought a battery from there with providing my previous zip code. But anyway there was some issues going on with my old battery & Lucy notified me that she could not pull the battery out due to the condition of it & due to store policy for liability reasons which was totally understandable. Referred to the mechanic close by to see if they can help so they could replace the battery since my old one was still under warranty. But anyway both of these ladies were great help! There was an older man that was willing to help too but he recognized Lucy was previously working with me & Nora installed the battery. But I’m grateful for the superb service here. Just wanted to let someone know what an awesome experience I had at my local store this afternoon. I went to the River Oaks store to have my son's 6 month old battery checked. I was greeted by Nora who eagerly grabbed her testing equipment to accompany me to my son's 2005 Yukon. Immediately upon raising the hood she noticed that he had been sold the wrong battery for his truck. She guided me through a full credit return to exchange it for the correct one. She even asked me if I had served in the military so I could get the veteran's discount on the upgrade. It is so seldom these days that you find people who aren't stuck looking at their phones when a customer comes in. Nora almost met me at the door and enthusiastically helped me navigate the process with the best attitude I've experienced in a very long time. Customer service at it's finest.
