I only gave them 1star because I had to in order to make a comment. That place is the worse Kroger's I ever been in.... I don't care where I pop in at this Kroger's has everything you don't want as a customer. Badd attitude, They leave you standing in place while they playing with each other and laughing don't know where any of the items in the store and rude OMG they are the rudest. I saw fly dropping and live flies all in that area by seafood the coolers be way off point as well they have old no good produce they leave things like fruits out the freezer ect then sit them out on a table all day and till closing then back to the freezer food don't work like that. The employees blowing cigarette smoke all in your face all in front of the store and along the side smoking all blowing it every where you can barely breath when that stuff first hit you and u inhaling and all over your cloths and in your hair. I'm livid and if it continues I will be making sure the news get wift of this. They have a black light skin manager she straight think she in Friday #37 or something. When people come to get food they don't need to deal with all of this I shop Kroger's only and I pay top of the line for my things and I want it. Not for it to be hiding in freezer because you want someone to fish off some left overs for
thier money . My money pays for freshness not left over if I wanted left overs or whatever's I go to a Save Rite or Piggly wiggly whatever other cheap stores I don't so I want what I pay for where I am in the desert or in the valley buckehead college Park bank head atl to wherever whatever's in thier I want the best and the freshest and well as clean and so customer service so I hope they BEING someone that doing thier Jobs...
Read moreClipped the weekly coupon for strawberries and kiwi at $1.99. They have kiwi but no strawberries. I ask The self checkout attendant if I could speak to a manager—issue: what if I return and they don’t have the kiwi but have the strawberries. He shows me the ad and states the sale doesn’t end until 2.27. I try to explain the clipped coupon is a one time use for 5x. He doesn’t understand so I suggest he ask a veteran cashier (I’ve been shopping Kroger Old National for 45 years and know many of the staff who have long tenure). He did and she supported what I told him. I still haven’t spoken with the manager. Finally, Ms. V walks up with an annoyed look as if my request for her was bothersome. She tells me the truck just arrived and I can come back. All I want is to get the kiwi that are advertised for $1.99 with coupon or a guarantee that I can purchase the strawberries when I return later for 1.99 since the clipped coupon is for one-time use. I explain to her why returning today isn’t an option and isn’t considerate of me. She states, “You want the kiwi?” Well wasn’t that what the entire inquiry was about. She said you can have them. Now I’m not trying to get free product; just get the kiwi for the advertised clipped coupon price of $1.99 since I can’t buy both kiwi and strawberries because the strawberries aren’t in stock. I’m grateful for the kiwi; however, this exchange should not have gone left like this. Most horrific customer service I’ve seen from a mature Ms. V. Expectations for decent encounter shouldn’t be unrealistic. All the caveats to the ad (while supplies last, one-time use coupon, etc.). UNBELIEVABLE! We can do better in our interactions with each other. Do unto others as you would like to be...
Read moreI don’t know if I caught the employees here on a good day or not but my experience at this location was absolutely superb. I went there to pick up some flowers and I ended up leaving with much more than that. Miss Pam, the florist was very nice and approachable. She was very patient with me as I made my selection and even convince me to buy several of her hanging plants that were being marked down. I then made my way over to the meat department, where I ran into Miss Kita, who also was very warm and welcoming, and after I purchased the selection of meats, I was looking for convinced me to buy some bacon that she was marking down. I don’t remember the young ladies name that checked me out, but she was very kind and patient as well. Once I got to the register, I had so many plants. I was concerned that they may fall over in my car as I was driving away, and I asked Miss Pam if she could provide me with a box so I can put the plants in to prevent that from happening, not only did she get me one box she got me two and help me place each of my new plant babies in their car seats for the ride home. Mr. Jonathan helped me to my car was very kind as well and he wouldn’t let me lift a finger as he put each of my bags in my trunk and waited for me to get my vehicle and waved good bye to me before he walked back into the Kroger. I don’t know what luck I have, but this was a wonderful Way to start this cold Sunday morning off. This was my first time at that location and it’s a great way to make a first Impression. Thank you all and know that I appreciate the wonderful customer service that I...
