⚠️READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY⚠️ worst nail experience of my life, the prices are ridiculous and the fact that i paid OVER $165 it’s only a few days that have passed and my nails keep popping off. The application was CLEARLY thin and yet because of my length they are blaming me for them breaking when in reality it’s the lack of skill set in this establishment. I originally asked for pink drip design on my nails and she was so far from the inspiration picture but i decide to still give her a chance with designs yet she failed to deliver so i settled for a couple diamonds. I HOPE THAT EVERYONE COMES TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING TO THIS NAIL SALON! VERY disappointed and very inconvenient given the fact that i live across town and can’t keep coming every 2 days to get the nail replaced. DO BETTER, GET DIFFERENT PRODUCTS!!! Clearly the cheap products aren’t working, i can assure you this business will not be open for much longer. It’s sad they don’t care about being able to retain their clientele. Honestly DISGUSTED 🤮 ON TOP OF THAT MY DIAMONDS ARE ALSO POPPING OFF AND I PAID $10 EXTRA FOR 2 TINY...
Read moreThursday I was looking for Lulu she wasn't in. I was greated with a smile. Mary in the front right did my nails. I explained to her several times I have a tip/overlap that's needs to be taken off as well. My nails were once uneven. I also have sns. She popped my nails off with another nail and cut them in a awkward shape. She insists I must put another overlay. Because of the shape. I told her no nicely several times. If she had soaked them off instead cutting and popping them off they would have a shape. Then she starts to file my nails extremely rough. When I mentioned it to her she hit my hand and told me to leave her chair. It took everything in me to just yell and walk away. These people don't care about the people in the community they serve. I pay taxes in this community. They come to the urban areas because we spend the most. They could have easily went to Cobb County. In today's climate they are lucky I didn't start a protest. This is why this community needs to support each other. The Black dollar has so much power. Imagine if we...
Read moreI been coming here since they open , their customer service have drop tremendously , but they have had a price increase . I don't like when they tell you the person that doing your nail doesn't speak English but they can count your money and make and increase on removing nail polish when you are paying for a service , in order for them to do a service you have to remove the old polish , hmmm maybe they don't know because many of them haven't went to nail school like we had to .
What I'm trying to understand how all these Nail Salon stay open and charge professional prices with no license, if this was my salon as a Black Owner from this country I would be surprised, fine, harassed and closed down. But who cares ? Just speaking my truth ! Why do Americans have to be license but Nail Salon and Braiding Salons don't?
Just trying to get some understanding , to me this is discrimination in real time fam!
