Visited this place 4x in one month (more than I would have hoped) and even spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service. All to say this:
Visited the store during the samsung trade in to get the new S24 (FEBRUARY 2024). I was told device was accepted and I was able to redeem the treade in offer. I brought in an old S9+ and was shipped the S24. When i received the S24, I came back to this store to turn in the S9+ ... agent at this store made the trade in using the wrong account (I DIDNT REALIZE THIS UNTIL NEXT BILLING CYCLE) and during trade in, he added the NEXT UP feature which results on a monthly fee of 6.99. I returned in March to get this fixed (they tried to send me away and have me return in April because "soemtimes a credit can take up to two billing cycles to show up) but i asked for the agent to review my account and for him to assure me the trade in phone was received & that's when we realized the trade in was done the incorrect account [ALL THIS while I was 8.5 months pregnant]. This agent said hed take care of it, but it needed to be done via customer service but he would take care of it for me by EOD. I gave him 24 hours, then i called customer service. To my not surprise, no one had called about my concern. I explained everything to the agent, spent 3 hours and supposedly everything was tske care of. Immediately cx what needed to be canceled, i was credited some fees, and i was told my trade in should reflect the next billing cycle.
UPDATE: The trade in was initiated Feb (superbowl weekend) today is July 5th and I am still waiting on the trade in to reflect my account. Reason why this is an INCONVENIENCE, is because ATT has had my S9+ since February, and since they received my trade in, I have been charged monthly installments for the S24.
