For business to receive 41/2-5 stars the dinning experience needs to be on point. The crew working behind the counter were working fast pace and working together 👍🏼 The glass was dirty 👎 the food looked good but some food was still frozen with ice in there 👎 check out process ok the guy waiting on us didn’t hear someone in our party say he was going to take one of those delicious looking brownies or ignored him altogether as he was doing something behind the counter 👎. The order was recived semi quickly 👍🏼 No plates for sharing no problem? The food was delicious . Dear Blaze Co. you really need to ask restaurant mgrs maniging these restaurants to adjust temperature in restaurant for you paying guest this restaurant was beyond cold 🥶🥶to the point I was shaking while trying to enjoy my meal because my drink had ice in the cup iand my food got to cold real fast because of the hight temperature 🥶 there really needs to be a balance I still had a chill after I left that restaurant ? this location definitely deserve 5 point review because the pizza is good but until they address the A/C and the ice in the food trays and keep glass clean I find it had to give 5 stars . And they should be wearing mask as they are talking and spit comes out of out mouth as we talk and especially they are talking right over all...

There's no point in getting their custom made pizzas - just get a Build Your Own. You can get however many toppings you want - and however much of each that you want - and it's all the same price (about $8). I build mine up with toppings so much that it can last me two meals. They have half-boxes that you can just take and put the other half of your pizza in to save for later.

Service is good. They're usually pretty quick and efficient in getting through the line. It takes 3-4 minutes for them to build your pizza, and another 3-4 minutes for your pizza to bake. Like I said, they're efficient, but these guys aren't super friendly like I've seen at other Blaze locations. Don't get me wrong - they're professional and nice - but I didn't see anyone talking to guests at the tables or offering to take trash.

You can also order online, which is a great way to save time. On the website, you can check the boxes for all the toppings you want. When you arrive at Blaze, check in and they'll stick your already-built pizza into the oven so it's fresh.

There's a new app where you can earn a "flame" with every pizza you buy, and after 10 you get a free one. I used the app today and it froze their register so they had to reboot the computer. : / Seems like they're still getting used...

I went to this Blaze pizza in Riverside Plaza and was disappointed. My visit was on 4/12/21 @ 6pm order #4 according to my receipt. When I go to blaze and ask for certain toppings to be put throughout my pizza, ie mushroom and pineapple, I usually get it. Not today! I had to ask the person helping me, only girl wearing glasses on this shift that I saw, 3 times to add more because she only sprinkled it on and each time I asked her to add more she took, being honest here, 4 pieces of mushroom sprinkle 3 on and through the last piece back into the container. Then I asked her to please put the red peppers on same half as the artichoke and she answers certainly but puts it on the wrong side, I was done. When i got my pizza it wasn't what I wanted, to say the least. From what I could tell she was the only one that did this, from the other staff there . The others when asked to add more toppings did so where the customer didnt have to ask again. And I would have been fine with what they put if it was on mine. It was just that person. I would have given one star but the staff memeber that greeted me and the one that rung me...
