DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS The past couple times that we've went there one of the workers "LEAH" she has red hair now and is an old woman is very rude and doesn't know how to say excuse me (THIS ISNT THE FIRST ALTERCATION WITH HER) today she was walking through the store with shopping carts and if my daughters (age 6 & 5) wouldn't have moved out of the way she would have hit them with the shopping carts I told her "the words are excuse me" after she almost hit my kids with the shopping carts and she turns around and tells me "you shouldn't even be here I can get you kicked out" I replied "says who" because last time the manager apologized for her behavior and didn't say anything about me having to leave and not go back so Leah decides to run to the manager JOSE and tells him that I threatened her and he tried telling me I had to leave when I did nothing wrong my kids were scared and I kept telling them it's okay we did nothing wrong . So I told the manager JOSE they could go back on the camera and check he just ignored it . I'm sure any mother or parent at that would speak up if they wouldn't just start swinging because this isn't the first time something has happened with this old lady last time she was mad she had to do her job and pick up stuff in the kids section and again SHE ALMOST HIT MY KIDS WITH THE BIG METAL STEP STOOL . At that as soon as she recognized me after we walked in she was mad dogging me like a little kid but she goes and says I'm making her uncomfortable HAHAHA I continued shopping because he said he'd go talk to her but when we go up to the cash registers they are standing there smiling and talking (I ASSUME THEY ARE FRIENDS) so when I ask for his managers information to make a complaint he says they are moving to a different store so there is nobody above him to make a complaint to and I find that ridiculous because obviously he's not going to do anything about that rude old lady and if you can't have the common courtesy to tell a couple kids excuse me you shouldn't work in a place that has to do with customer service. This is unacceptable and one way or another I'm figuring out who I can get in contact with because kids shouldn't be treated like they aren't there somebody needs to do something and the manager...
Read more2nd review: I visited Burlington recently and the AC issue has been resolved! Thank you, Burlington, for giving our community the attention it deserves :). I found great deals on clothes for back to school and the customer service at the register was effortless. The fitting rooms were closed during my visit, thus the 4 stars.
1st review: Sauna room alert! The store’s AC was not working. Burlington, I was disappointed to see the store putting customers and employees through that experience as the temperature rises. No wonder your employees are dressing down. I will amend my review if the problem has been fixed, but it wasn’t last week and from what I heard it’s been like that for weeks! We are a family of 6 and I am willing to give Burlington a shot this season for our summer wardrobe. The 2 stars are for the employees who remain and complete their shifts under those conditions. Read moreThis review has nothing to do with shopping and everything to do with the ability to use the restroom. After myself and another customer asked associates 4 different times to open the restroom, and the staff stating that “They would send one over,” one finally came after 20 minutes. But it wasn’t the one that they would “send over”. An associate named Stephanie just happened to be passing by and was able to because she wasn’t at the front. Am I crazy for waiting that long and not just going to another restroom elsewhere? Perhaps. I’m not sure why they couldn’t give out the code or at least give me a reason as to why they couldn’t do it themselves. After Stephanie opened the door, she explained that those at the register weren’t allowed to leave there. Which, makes sense. But don’t make a customer wait over 20 minutes.
