My husband told me about this place he found on google, which has great reviews . So he told me that we should go ask about a pendant he wanted to get gold plated so we did. He went into the establishment first and asked and was told that his pendant could not be gold plated because of the type of material it was made from. So he returned to the car and told me that it could not be done. So I told him that we should ask if maybe it can be cleaned or polished instead , so I went in there this time with my daughter as he stayed in the car. When I went into the establishment and started to explain to the man that my husband was just in there a bit ago with this pendant that he wanted to get plated, he interrupted me before I can finish telling him that I wanted to see if it can be cleaned or polished, he very rudely told me “I already told your husband that the pendant cannot be plated” I told him yes I understand but that is not what I was going to ask you. I told him I was going to ask you if his pendant can be cleaned or polished, and again he told me very rudely “ no don’t you understand that this type of pendant cannot be cleaned or polished because of the material it is made of, he never mentioned to me or my husband that the pendant could not be cleaned or polished. I was shocked, my daughter was shocked, even the young man that was there helping him was speechless in the way he was speaking to us and treated us. I don’t know if he was talking to me that way because he was having a bad day or something else, but he should not be treating people that way. Horrible experience, I will never return to this place or ever recommend anybody...

I am very pleased with this little shop. Before coming to Mr. Vasquez I went to the Tyler Mall to see if I can get the battery replaced on my watch. I went to Fast-Fix and he quoted me $29.95 for a battery replacement and $29.95 for a new leather band. Before leaving he said he would do it for $50. I almost went back but decided to do a quick google search to see if I can find a better deal or just buy a new watch all-together. My watch originally cost me around $80 so I didn’t think it was worth spending $50 to get it fixed. Anyways, I called Mr. Vasquez and he quoted me $10 for a battery replacement. I went to him instead and I brought along my husband’s watch too. He was honest about what repairs the watches needed (my husband’s watch didn’t need a battery and instead of lying and replacing it anyways to make money he chose to tell the truth). I appreciate the service and his integrity. From now on, this will be our spot for any watch repairs and I will recommend this place to everyone. The shop is a little difficult to find. He was a A+++++++, 10's across the board. I am so happy to have my ring resized. I thought I was going to fall off my finger. I was so paranoid for the last 2 weeks. He sized my engagement ring in less than 25 minutes. It looks so good it doesn't even look like modifications have been done. He let me watch and wait for it. I called 5 other jewelry stores and jewlers, and they said it would take 2 - 3 weeks and had to be sent out. I would recommend Luis every day of the week. The price was super affordable too!
