Unfortunately I am one those customers that had to buy a ring on a budget. After doing some research on the ring and the diamonds associated with the ring. It wasn’t the right quality I expected it to be for the price I was paying. When I went back to get my deposit back they laughed in my face when I tried asking for my money back. I felt belittle, I told them I will write a review and they said go ahead we will just respond with a receipt saying it’s my fault for shopping with them. They where going to give me 50% back of my deposit. Which didn’t make sense to loose out on. Now I am forced to keep it or risk loosing my deposit. I would not recommend anyone to come shop here. I guess after so many years in business selling jewelry father and son can be a little high brow for us simple folk walking into their store. My request was simple to refund a deposit I made in a ring. No harm, no foul almost all places I’ve been too will return your money”deposit” if the item has not been purchased. I was threatened with if I don’t pay it off in 30 days they will offer my ring for sale and I will be stuck with store credit and be forced to get something else. I came in respectfully and left disrespected and laughed at. The impression I was given. You just go ahead your just a little person. We are a big time Jewerly store your business doesn’t mean anything to them. If you want to buy jewelry go somewhere else. I am speaking out and just sharing my experience. If I am the only one that has left a review like this. I wonder how many more potential customer have been dismissed this way. I do not recommend to leave a deposit for an item here. Better hope your not human and change your mind on purchasing a high value item. I rather go to ozels or the jewelry store down stairs where I had received better service and better pricing. I went in because it was empty and the other stores where real busy. Now I know why it was empty and not so much foot traffic at the store. Those should’ve been red flags for me. My suggestion is always check out another store before you buy here. Respecting your customers goes along way. You are in business to sell jewelry not to steal your customers deposit if they don’t want your item anymore. And justify it with a 10% restocking fee of the subtotal. Overall bad experience here. Go somewhere else before you come here. Buyer beware! If you ignore this warning then don’t be surprised if you experience a similar story. I hope the owner and son read this. I told you I will leave a review. Don’t underestimate an unhappy customer especially if you tell them their review wouldn’t matter. I am willing to take down This review if you refund my deposit. I only buy from Norris! Ryan definitely earned 2 lifelong customers 8 years ago when we bought my husband’s wedding ring. We were looking at one of the big chains (starts with an R and ends with male siblings) and my husband got stuck on a ring that was way out of our price range. Ryan didn’t have it but he special ordered it, and we got an amazing deal that was well within our budget.

I take all of my jewelry to him now to get serviced. Just yesterday I took my poor wedding ring to him that my toddler got ahold of and destroyed (platinum is pretty easy to damage when you have an energetic 2 year old banging on it). It was seriously destroyed. My husband picked it up today and OMG it is completely back to life! They completely restored and rhodium dipped it for hardly anything, I was pleasantly shocked at how cheap it was. When my husband came home and put it on my finger, it looked just as stunning as the day he proposed so, of course, I said “yes!”
