I stopped by Saet Byul Asian Market for the first time and found all the condiments and items I needed to create a Korean dish at home.
The owner was friendly and helpful. She had just brought out some freshly made Bibimbap. I purchased a set to bring back and loved the simplicity of it. The fresh and crunchy veggies inside were a delight.
Saet Byul Asian Market is located behind Joeās Sushi on Van Buren and Magnolia, near Sonic.
They have a variety of ready-made banchan dishes and even sliced meats. They also have a variety of seaweed and ramen noodles.

Hm other things you can find here: mochi, ramen, seaweed, sushi rice, fish cake, daikon radish, konjac noodle, bao, dumplings..etc. Great store. Support local the owners seem very nice and I hope this place sticks around. I only wish it was closer to where I lived by the plaza, I bet it would get a ton...

EDIT: They make and sell their own kimchi recipe, and it's the best kimchi I have...
