My experience is that members of this office do not conduct themselves in good faith and with necessary due diligence, transparency and communication. My family has been ghosted by more than one team member on a very sensitive case where they slow-rolled what needed to be done in order to benefit their client, AT THE EXPENSE OF ETHICAL STANDARDS. This was in addition to enabling NON-good-faith dealing on behalf of their client. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, just know you might NOT get that here if you do any portion of a transaction with these folks.

What does it say that you have employees boosting the rating with "5-star" reviews?

Edited: Emphasis added to "at the expense of ethical standards." Saying you "fight hard" while coloring outside the lines is not the subtle self-righteous compliment that it may appear to be.
