My wife and I work the typical 9-5 pm jobs, so it can be cumbersome to find time to keep in contact while working but Lian was able to communicate effectively and at reasonable times (i.e. during lunch hours or afterwork, even late at night!). After a series of housing suggestions, she was able to identify the houses that we would seriously consider within our price range.
