Went here because I was craving for a good pizza, and this establishment did not disappoint. However, the customer service is 50/50. The 1st man at the service counter took a minute to address me to take my order, but I overlooked that only because they were very busy. Other than that, ordering went smoothly. It wasn't until my fiancé, and I returned to pick up the order that we ran into who I may presume to be the owner. He was very rude to my fiancé when he asked for packets of parmesan cheese for our large pizza. He literally gave him 2 packets of cheese & peppers. He also told him that "that was enough for a large pizza. Thats when I went into the store and asked for more cheese packages myself. He gave me a befuddled look and told me that he had given cheese to my fiancé and proceeded to give me 2 additional packages of cheese then yelled at me while stating that the packages of cheese were not free and that he was going to start charging his customers 50cents per pack. TO THE OWNER. STOP BEING CHEAP DAMN!!!! Costco, Sams, or any other pizza place I've been to would never. Mind you, others who ordered before us & received their order had the same request and the other server was not nearly as stingy as the Boss man. As far as charging 50 cent per package of cheese. You do know Stater Bro's is next door and your customers will gladly buy an entire container for what you would charge. Thats just the owner being obtuse. 4 stars was given only because the...
Read moreThere’s nothing more irritating than being a paying, consistent customer and being treated like you’re asking for charity over a couple of cheese and pepper packets. The petty greed here is unbelievable. You spend nearly $50 on an order and still get handed one or two tiny packets of parmesan and red pepper like they’re made of gold. Ask for more, and you get the same idiotic, dismissive response — “there’s already some there.” Yeah, I know there’s some there. That’s why I’m asking for more. Because one pizza isn’t meant for one person — it’s for a family. It’s absurd that a paying customer has to justify wanting enough condiments for the food they actually purchased.
The person at the front counter looks at you like you’re some sort of alien for asking for extra cheese and pepper. It’s condescending and ridiculous. No one’s asking for free food — we’re asking for basic decency and a normal amount of what should already come with the meal.
It’s this kind of nickel-and-diming, small-minded greed that ruins the experience entirely. The owner needs to understand that being stingy with loyal customers isn’t “cost control” — it’s insulting. In many cultures, this kind of petty behavior toward customers is seen as outright disrespectful.
Do better. When people spend their hard-earned money to support your business, the least you can do is stop treating them like freeloaders over a packet of cheese. I won’t be coming back until this cheap, embarrassing...
Read moreI just called them to ask ?? and then place an order, but the guy who answered was extremely rude and literally hung up on me!! I instead decided to pay a bit extra at Romano's (across their parking lot) for a much better treatment.. Is better to pay a bit more and be treated with dignity!! I told him that I went across the street because they hung up on me.. He kept interrupting me over the phone until i finally raised my voice and told him you can't just f..g hang up on people like that!! If you want to be treated like s..t then come to this place... I...
