I have used, talked to, received "assistance" from multiple realtors in the past. Some have been okay, others have been very shady and dishonest.

We've been wanting to make a move due to our smaller backyard, but the previous time we tried to sell our home in early 2019, we were unsuccessful after a couple months on the market. It was also very difficult to have our offer accepted on homes with a contingent offer. So we made the best of it and enjoyed the home we had.

Then, in late 2020, My wife and I saw a home we liked that was listed by Kevin in Riverside, CA, but we had the same issue... we'd need to sell our home. So, I told my wife let me call the listing agent and propose he lists our home & helps us buy the home he had listed. It was a long shot, but worth a try, so I called Kevin. He was very professional, heard me out, and scheduled some time to see our home.

Fast forward ~50 days (due to the housing craze that happened late 2020) from when I first called him, my family and I moved into our home that Kevin and team helped us get.

He continuously calls to check in on us, make sure we're settled and okay, invites us to his companies events, and even gave me a move-in gift! Although I only had met Kevin for the first time when he came to see our home, It felt like he was part of my family. Someone who I could trust, count on, bother at odd times in the day, and who just simply got the job done that others couldn't.

When I was looking for a home in the Riverside area, I checked in with Kevin Allen at Keller Williams and let him know what kind of home I was looking for and the price range. He soon had several properties in nice neighborhoods for me to look at. He answered. my questions and helped me understand the ins and outs of the purchase process.
