Mission Grove — Local services in Riverside

If you go to the Mission Grove shopping center, you make sure you stop by their CVS and take some time to look around and shop a little. And if you ever see a woman there by the name of Leticia make sure you say hello and that Orlando with hurricane hauling and power wash LLC sent you because she is a valued customer of my pressure/power washing business. It's rare that when you see a manager or just anybody who takes pride in what they do. Something like that should never go unnoticed, especially by the company that person works for. She paid out of her own pocket with her money. CVS rewarded her. To have her location pressure washed, not once but twice. From me. Just wow. The CVS on Alessandro is not small at all. There's a lot of ground cover. In the eyes of hurricane hauling and power wash LLC and I hope CBS feels the same way...

It's not bad or awful. Just less developed than it should be.

There's vacancies there from a few years ago that still haven't been filled, and with the recent death of the Kmart (though it was going to die anyway and really was a messy store), a major tenant has been lost.

There's a lot of potential here to be had, but until the landlord can reel in some good retailers and small businesses, it's going to languish in comparison to Canyon Crest Towne Center, and that's not something that is deniable.

Also the landlord supposedly charges some of the highest rent in the Riverside area, so that likely doesn't...

We love this little area with the luxury theaters, Cactus Cantina is one of our favorite places to get a great meal fire grilled steak, ribs, chicken, seafood, Mexican foods, or sandwiches/Salads, they also have a wonderful Bar in a casual atmosphere and the owners are fantastic! There are also other restaurants such as Romanos that has excellent pizza and Italian fare and beers on tap as well as mixed drinks with a large bar attached that has pool tables and huge screen TV and trivia, as well as the center also includs other fast food and an IHOP. KMART and Stater Brothers, a gas station, and other...
