Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Riverside

I really just need my medication. I called in a refill on 12-27-24. It was supposed to be ready the next day and wasn't. Then it said it'd be ready Monday the 12-30-24 and then it was changed to January 7th. I called and the pharmacist said that my insurance wouldn't cover my prescription until the 7th which turned out was a lie because my insurance actually completely stopped covering that brand and the pharmacist didn't say or do anything about it for over a week because they messed up and didnt actually look into it! I go in and the tech found a different brand that was covered. Took him a few seconds to do and the pharmacist or someone could have done that over a week ago! And he said itll be filled Jan 8th. It still was not filled on the 8th and they said the truck was late and itd be filled later that day. Still don't have my medication on Jan 9th. 2 weeks waiting is...

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They go to lunch at 1pm which is fine. There was a line of cars BEFORE 1pm. Waited in line while they took 10 mins on each car. Then they closed the window on cars that had already been there sitting and waiting on them since 12:30pm or longer. Didn't even finish the line that had been there since before their lunch time. Unprofessional and irresponsible staff... they closed the window on an elderly woman that had been sitting there for 20 mins before it even hit 1pm. Might as well fire the whole staff and start over. They all act like they hate their job and every customer anyway. They are so slow that it has to be on purpose just so they get their precious lunch before doing the bare minimum. Short and sweet: they were slow and wasted my time. I had to come back later because of their ineptitude.

Longer: The app said the prescription was ready anytime after 2pm. At 6:30pm after waiting in a long line, it wasn’t ready and they falsely claimed that the doctor hadn’t authorized it. Lo and behold, when they refreshed the page, it was right there. I was told to wait 20 minutes. But after the 20 min, they didn’t have the right dosage (100 mg instead of 200 mg) and of course the doctor’s office was closed at that point.
