Okay, it’s been a while kinks for the most part should be worked out. I’ve been back many times and results at counter have varied wildly: Many drinks unavailable Little to no food items at all Many staff standing around or talking to those actually working to one lone guy trying to man register and making drinks. I typically order a frap with two extra shots no whip, it’s never a good thing to see half my drink left in the blender;( When you add more liquid you need less ice to fill cup when blending! So needless to say my drink is usually overly icy and lacking all the flavor I pay extra for;( ffwd to today when I decided after another grocery visit I needed some more caffeine, line at the counter (both sides) one man working I decide I’m willing to wait and todays tasted like Carmel and coffee!!! So I used to love this location but now days when I go there's only one employee there and when Paradise is working the service is quick, friendly and accurate... however when the lady Maryann is working, the service is sooooo slow and now very friendly. I don't understand why she moves so slow but my time in line triples with only half the ppl in line versus when someone else works. Maryann takes her phone out a lot, idk if it's to look up the recipe for the drink she's making or what but I don't think this position is the right fit for her. I walk out almost every time she is working because I dont have 25 mins to stand in a Starbucks line. I leave and make it to colonal Glenn location and get my drink, I'm sure, we'll before I would've even gotten it at waiting at Kroger. So...

I want to preface this review by saying that y'all need to be aware that they are still learning. This is a new location and even a few weeks of training doesn't make you a pro. I feel like most of these reviews are just people wanting to feel special because someone struggled to make your 55 page long "dessert". I got a tall flat white, no modifications and it was 1 shot short and pretty over steamed. That being said it still tasted pretty good because the shots weren't dead. I gotta give them credit because some seasoned baristas can't be bothered to serve non-dead shots. The customer service could definitely be improved but y'all need to simmer...
