EDIT: owner's response states they have multiple ways of communicating with customers. Too bad those don't work any better than the phone. Chats and emails and Facebook Messenger go unanswered. While I appreciate that you have a small staff, maybe you need to put something like that on your website, Facebook and Google maps so people know that they should expect no response because you are a small staff. Still no excuse for lack of communication.
Original Review; Disappointed that they don't answer their phone. It was difficult enough to find the phone number, and then once you located it, it was just a fax. Trying to call another number listed for them and it just simply gets picked up (by a person because we can hear it)and then immediately sent to fax. We don't really want to drive all the way down there if they don't have what we want. There's something very specific we are after and this nursery has been recommended by a Master Gardener friend. But it sounds like customer service for them is an issue. Too bad because I was looking forward to going there. But I'm not making a trip if they can't be bothered to answer their phone.    Read moreSo I bought a Hibiscus on Saturday April 12th. Repotted it On the 13th. In full sun and watered the soil before placing it in the pot it is currently in. Sunday it stated looking like it was dying. I sent the nursery a email and I was told that it like sun and moist soil which it has both. As the days has gone by itâs not looking any better with no more response from the nursery. I asked for a replacement of this $30 plant and have not gotten a response to such request . I have been going to this nursery for years with no issues BUT now I have one. See photos of plant.    Read moreIf I could give a zero I would. My husband and I were excited to see such beautiful selection of plants, but one of the employees was an absolute jerk to us. I was pushing a cart and stopped to look at a plant; he said something to me, which I didn't hear and was confused what he was saying. My husband couldn't understand him either. He then walked around my cart and said 'I guess neither one of know how to do it ' and proceeded to lift the cart over a water hose on the ground!! I wasn't ready to go over the hose and am perfectly capable of manipulating a cart over one and told him so. I told him he was rude and he didn't bother to apologize for his remarks. Beautiful plants can be found elsewhere, along with better customer service!!! We left without purchasing anything. I highly suggest someone speak to that man!!!
