I recently visited Juice It Up and was blown away by the fantastic service provided by Matt T. From the moment I walked in the door, Matt greeted me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu offerings and took the time to explain the different options and make recommendations based on my preferences.

Matt's attention to detail was impressive - he made sure that my order was prepared exactly to my liking and even took the time to double-check that all of the ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. He was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience at Juice It Up.

Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the juice itself was absolutely delicious. I ordered a custom blend and was blown away by how flavorful and refreshing it was. The ingredients were all fresh and high-quality, and the juice was expertly blended to perfection.

Just go somewhere else. Honestly.

Ordered a smoothie in September. The smoothie had more than 4 pieces of hair in it. I called the store the immediately and was “promised” a time efficient resolution. Today is the 13th of October. Not only has an entire month passed, and after numerous times reaching out I have yet to actually speak with the Juice it up store manager. This franchise needs a swift hand of action from corporate. Simple refund/ exchange has deliberately stretched to a month long process, and I don’t even live in the same city as the juice it up location. I recently visited Juice it Up, and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helped me navigate the menu to find exactly what I was in the mood for. I ended up trying the "Green Vitality" smoothie, which was made with spinach, kale,pineapple and apple juice ,lemonade It was absolutely delicious, and provided a great boost of energy to my day.
