Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Placed an order for delivery, which they claim is "the best thing since sliced bread".....when I received my order, I was missing a pizza. I contacted the customer support number provided if you have delivery issues. I sat on hold before finally deciding to leave a message. The following day, I left another message after not having my call returned. Then I decided to call the store. I asked for a manager and was told I was speaking with one. When I explained my issue, I was then passed to someone else. After again explaining my issue and asking for my money to be refunded for my missing item, the "manager" told me I had to contact my bank, as they don't deal with money......if they don't deal with money, then how did they charge me to begin with? When I explained it is not a bank issue, but a store issue, they still said they can't help and I need to contact my bank. With issues like that, perhaps they should stick to pick-up only. I know I won't trust delivery, or this...

The night crew on November 7th 2017 @8:45pm had the worst attitude and was very unwelcoming. The supervisor never greeted, never turned away to look at who was coming through the door when I walked in. Then the young lady that charge my order gave me 2 pizzas with horrible presentation, and when I told them they where cold her and the supervisor had a bad attitude about having to do there job. I know it's a cheap pizza place and shouldn't expect much from, but customer service skills should be at least a requirement or taught. Hopefully the manager of this location will take this as a learning opportunity to coach the supervisor team to be a 5star store and have pride in having a job and when your are on the clock you act like you...

I arrived at this store at 7:05 pm, Sunday 3/17. I asked for one 3-meat and one Extra Most Bestest pizza. I was told they had no 3-meat nor EMB pizzas. It would be 15 minutes for 2 EMB pizzas so I waited for those. While waiting I watch the employees remove 6 pizzas from the warmers and trash them. Consequently every customer after that was told they would have to wait for the “Hot-n-Ready” pizzas. After getting my pizzas home they appeared to be regular pepperoni with 1 inch of crust on the edges. Very disgusted with that experience. Hoping my future experiences with this location are favorable since it is the only Little Caesar’s close...
