A family member recommended this place to me. He had a great experience. I called ahead and they said they could diagnose my computer in 3 to 4 days and let me know what needed to be done. They had my computer for over a year and a half. At first I called daily, then 2 times a week, then once a week, and then a couple times a month. Every time I called, I was told to call back in an hour or the next day, etc. every time I went in to pick it up, they couldn't find it and asked me to give them some time to ask the boss where he put it. One of the times I came by to see if they had found it, an employee said they could replace it with another laptop that has similar specs. While that's commendable, I needed my laptop back because it had all of my files and pictures and videos on it that had not yet been backed up. I think it's also worth noting that the owner got grouchy when I called on a weekend at 4pm. I never could catch him at the office so I thought I would check in on a Saturday, but he scolded me for it. Not once did they get back to me. Not once could they tell me where my computer was, let alone what was wrong with it. I shouldn't have been surprised because the office does not look organized at all. I finally asked my husband if he would go and pick it up, because I had no luck. He was able to get our laptop back but no diagnosis had been done. He came home with the laptop but not the charger that was left with it. He also came home saying, "I was surprised you left our laptop with them. That place is a mess." I don't love leaving negative reviews but in this case, I want to spare someone else the headache. I hope that we just happened to fall through the cracks and others haven't had the same issues. Read moreI used their services three times over the period of a year and not once could not get them to give me an estimate when work would be completed no matter how much I pressed for one, instead got vague assurances they’d work on it soon. Each time took over a month. I could rarely get them to answer the phone when I called. When they would answer I most often was told that someone who (conveniently) wasn’t in could answer the questions and that I should just call back later. I would ask them to have that person call, they would tell me they would, no one would call. I would text asking for details and most often receive no reply. I never once received an itemized bill of the work done. The last time I asked what I was being billed for the guy rattled off a couple of general fixes made and then trailed off with “we did all sorts of things.” Last time I got my PC back they had clearly not done the work correctly and had to take it back to them. I all but begged him to have it fixed sometime soon (it took three weeks for them to get it to the “not fixed” state I got it back from them in) but I got no assurances other than they’d “try” to get it soon. Four days and four unanswered texts later I finally went back, picked up my still-broken computer, took it home and washed my hands of the whole deal.
