I shop here quite a bit for my chicken supplies. Normally, I have a good experience but tonight not only was I in a hurry, but it was 15 minutes to close so I grabbed my two large bags of feed and my bail of bedding, without stacking it neatly. As I’m walking out just to my left there are four young men that work for the store having a conversation just inside the entrance. As I exit the first set of doors, but before the second side of doors leading into the outside the bag of feed I had carelessly loaded on top of the Bail falls off of my flatbed cart. All four boys watched me struggle to pick it up as I moved the other ones to make room for it. None offered any help. Outside I’m backed in next to the curb so I could easily load my items. I parked the cart in a position I thought would not roll and go to unlock my door and put my purse inside. Just as I step away the cart rolls off the curb into my truck. And of course, all three items, the Bail and the two large bags of feed topple to the ground. One of the young men is standing not even 10 feet from me again didn’t offer any support or help. Just watched as I tipped the cart up right proceeded to lift my items up into the back. These bags are not the easiest to load, but it is easier to load them from a cart on a curb up into a truck then from the ground. Normally I would decline help. Because I’m capable and not struggling. However, two separate times this young man had the opportunity to help someone clearly struggling and didn’t bother just stood by and watched. I am extremely disappointed with the service I didn’t...

When I walked into the garden department I saw an older gentleman by the name of Greg standing by the cash registers. I walked up to him and asked a question about plants, he picked up his phone and said "hold on". He made a phone call and spent several minutes engaging in a non-related conversation with someone and walked away from me while he was talking. I waited a little longer than 5 minutes staying within eye shot of him. When I saw him get off his phone I walked back up to him at which point he looked at another staff member and said, "let me help you with that" and walked away without acknowledging me. I went to the cashier and asked her my question and she directed me back to Greg saying he would be the person that has the answers. Showing that he wasn't interested in my business I left. Guess I'll be going to the Tractor supply...
Read moreThe selection was okay. The prices were okay. Not the best, but not the worst. However, the people were not as friendly as I expected. For instance, the lady in the back where the trees were, was watering trees. I w was struggling with a tree and some other bushes in my cart. My cart kind of tipped and the tree fell. Instead off helping, or even offering to help, she stood there and watched me. She didn't offer any help, just stood there and stared at me. When I went in to pay, the lady at the cash register was just as unhelpful. I put my tree and all my plants down WHERE SHE WAS STANDING. She WATCHED me unload. She looked at me and stated, I'm on this register over here. She moved over and left her back to me. I had to pick my tree and all my plants and go around and set them out again. During my transaction she stopped to talk to someone when I said something, she looked at me and said, "just a moment" To be honest, I won't go back. I'll find...
