Iâm literally losing sleep right now thinking about how awful of an experience Iâve had with Revolution Jewelry. I purchased a ring for my fiancĂ© from them, during this process I learned that these rings are custom made, even though he found a picture of the exact ring on Pinterest linking it to the ring on Revolutionâs websiteâŠ$2,424 later we find out that the ring is a little too big, so I had him take it to a jeweler to have it resized and they said that it was tungsten so it couldnât be resized, even though it was advertised as 14k gold with a dinosaur bone inlay, but thatâs a conversation for another day. After contacting Revolution, they let me know that they cannot resize the ring (still quite unsure of why you would want a ring that canât be resized, but whatever) and itâs a 20% fee to have the ring remade, poor business modelâŠbut again, whatever. I was quoted $484 which is a lot of extra money for someone thatâs planning a wedding and that has already spent a lot on a ring. I asked multiple representatives if they could help me out in any way with the price point since I already spent so much money and they werenât helpful with that whatsoever, also very uninformative. After making it abundantly clear that I donât want a ring that canât be resized, I found a ring that was just 14k solid gold for the price of ~$1,300. I was then told that the $484 price point was no longer valid and I would have to pay a 30% fee ($730) to return the original ring, then buy the new ringâŠthese are their policies and I have to deal with it. Take a lesson from dumb âole me and do not shop with this company. They lack empathy and are extremely greedy. Also they have the audacity to send a survey asking how they did on the ring and saying, âIf you are not 100% satisfied with your ring, please let us know, so that we can work with you to get it made just the way you would like! We are here to help in any way that we can. Thank you in advance, and if there is anything we can do, please let us know ASAP.â Which is just a slap in the face on top of all this nonsense because no one worked with me for anything other than asking for more and more of my moneyâŠ.couldnât even suggest a ring. Pitiful customer service. Be smart, unlike me, and go to a local jeweler that you can have a conversation with about your specific wants in a ring.

I had gotten my now wife this beautiful peacock sapphire engagement ring in rose gold and her band was to be rose gold with matching stones as well. I wanted my band to coordinate with hers while also being masculine and unique. Revolution Jewelry was one of the first places I saw. After a long time of searching I realized I kept coming back to their site and was constantly comparing everything else I found to them. So I reached out to them and Mason responded to me right away. I knew I wanted a blue/green stone, damascus steel, rose gold, and a hammered finish. Mason sent me a handful of rings they had done with rose gold and damascus and assured me they could add a matching stone and hammered finish to any of them. After finalizing the design they went straight to work. Their first priority was finding a matching stone at the correct size. They updated me all along the way. They got the stone in and it was nothing like what they expected. They reached out to me and assured me that the stone was ugly and they would not be using it in my ring, but that they would continue to search for the appropriate stone. They eventually found it and they worked fast! The turnaround was extremely quick and the shipping super fast as well. I think it made the trip from Utah to Iowa in not even 2 whole days. Upon opening up the box, the presentation was wonderful. It was elegant, but not wasteful. Very nice design. The ring was everything I wanted. I have enjoyed wearing it every day since December 20th, and I will continue to wear it for the rest of my life. I am super thankful that I chose Revolution Jewelry. If you are looking for a ring that is uniquely you at a good price with excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I've been recommending them to all my friends who are getting married.    Read moreHonestly I was so disappointed by this company We ordered my husband wedding band from here few months before the wedding, obviously he didnât used it until our big day (we ordered in July, got married in late oct) and on that day we noticed that the ring was leaving gray stains on my husband finger I reported this to costumer services and they ensure it was an allergy to the material, no option was offered at that time, but I was sure that wasnât the case, i knew it was the ring, I had to pay the shipment to their shop, and it turned out it was in fact the ring, something related to the acid finish when they first manufactured it was causing the issue We had to exchange it and they attempted to charge a fee for the new shipment,they waived the fee Only when I pushed back, we end up choosing a different ring just because they said that trying to fix it could change the color on ours, and at the end after a couple of weeks what we finally received was not quite what we chose. We decided not to go for a second complaint just because we got married on oct 26th and since my husband hasnât been able to wear a ring other than the last couple of weeks, so we didnât wanted to go thru another round of shipping fees and weeks of waiting with the possibility of once again not get what we expected. Iâm glad a lot of people has had a good experience with you.
