Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Riverton

It looks like there several other reviews with the same complaints I have. Ordered a cheese and a pepperoni hot n ready, they were room temperature and hard. The breadsticks were flavorless, no seasoning at all. They were really dry. I brought all of the food back to the store, and asked for a whole new order. They gave me a whole new order, however, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. Very cold and emotionless…. Robot like. The upsetting thing is that they replaced our order amd it was great! They just proved that this all could have been avoided if they just wouldn’t have been lazy. When I first brought food back in and told the young man that the pizzas were hard, he pulled the other hot n ready pizzas out of their heater and proceeded to touch each one and said that they are all gonna be that way, or I can wait for fresh ones to be cooked… the whole thing is just upsetting. Little Caesars has a tried and true business model, that can be amazing if people just weren’t lazy or preoccupied by other things. I stopped there on my way home from work out of the need for something quick and convenient, in doing so, I wasted 1 extra hour of my time that I really don’t have to get my order corrected in order for my family to eat. Just completely defeats the purpose. I would like to see the GM responding to some reviews.. or heck, make me GM with a GM salary and I would get this place running right...

I placed an order to be picked up at 6:15pm for a family party. When my family go there to pick it up they were told it wasn't ready. They told us they would get our 10 pizzas ready as fast as the could. 30 mins later I call to get a status update and find out what happened. The girl on the phone said that our pizzas looked like someone else's so they sold them. I has ordered 3 Hawaiian, 2 Sausage and Pepperoni and 5 extra most bestest. I explained that I asked for them to be picked up from the pizza portal, so I was confused how this could happen. She again stated that they looked like someone else's pizzas and were sold and that as soon as the recognized their mistake had put our pizzas in. My family arrived back at almost 7pm with the pizzas. Somehow the restaurant was still able to get our order wrong and didn't send any extra most bestest. They also failed to cut some of the pizzas. All in all a very disappointing experience. I tried to call and speak with the manager and was told they were too busy to talk. Seems to me that they had a lot of problems that night and didn't real care. It is sad that we had to experience something like this after we have had good experiences...

Order pizza watch 2 -3 people get there pizzas before me all had to wait for pizza to cook we ordered 1 they said 10 minutes to me and everyone else I had to wait over 20!! And he has order done right in front my eyes and sitting there done and he's busy slicing up 10 other pizzas while seen me and if I didn't speak up I would've had another 4 people get before me instead of super hot fresh only half that but it's rude guy tells 10 minutes to 4 of us and I'm only one had wait double that almost triple it's bad business when got to interrupt to get my order otherwise would had wait another 10 more minutes so I have to look like mean entitled person cause I'm ignored and seen my order there for good 5-10 minutes. Come here if want to wait be ignored watch your order all done and get skipped really annoyed took 30 minutes for 1 pizza cook 1 crazy bread and sauce man would rather had refund and not only that have everyone at home hungry calling saying shouldn't take that long very irritated with this place most time go to one dash farther atleast fast and don't pull that...
