Extremely disappointed. No follow up after damage.

I’ve been to this car wash several times without issues since opening. My last visit was terrible. The brushes left scratches all over my car — every panel had visible marks. I filed an incident report right away, and they told me someone would contact me within 3 days. It’s now been 17 days, and I haven’t heard a word.

I even called back a week ago, and they said the manager would call me. Still nothing. The lack of communication and accountability is really disappointing. Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring a customer after causing damage is unacceptable.

I truly hope they make this right, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone until they take responsibility and improve how they handle situations like this.

A great value with incredible customer service. I love that they have two different types of vacuum hoses, as well as a compressed air machine that helps with the little pieces amin hard to get places. They also have plenty of towels to dry and clean inside and outside of the vehicle. The prices are little high for the monthly, but reasonable if you wash your car more than twice a month. Their individual prices are extremely highly priced, which I'm sure is to push people to get the monthly plans. Seems like an okay option, but to only offer under carriage on the most expensive package is kinda shady since that is one of the most needed here in Utah, it doesn't get all areas of your vehicle, depending on the curves and lines on your car, the under carriage or wheel/tire package doesn't spray the wheel wells, so this doesn't prevent the rust that we see here on vehicles in Utah.

Even the muddy duck doesn't get mud/salt out from the wheel wells and I had to go through twice and then proceed to the manual carwash. We pay a little over $60 for two vehicles and after today I am really wondering if it...
