bro i swear the 5 star reviews defending the employees GOTTA be their moms. because every single time iâve gone into this brandy (the only in person one in utah) i have had a rude experience from the workers. i think only once it was decent. you can tell all of them are judgy and hate their jobs. they gossip so much about costumers and give rude looks. todays visit was especially bad. literally didnât buy a single thing because the workers were too off putting i just wanted to go home. basically had stuff to get ready for the dressing room i had 10 things but i miscounted and told her i thought i had 9. tell me why the worker yanked all of the clothing out of my hands and counted them one by one and went âhmm actually tenâ and rolled her eyes. like i could have known there were exactly 10 i was 1 off. they acted like i was ready to grand theft the whole store just because i miscounted. also while i was getting dressed one of the blonde workers i swear kept peeking in. because the dressing rooms suck the curtain doesnât really close all the way and i made eye contact with her thru the curtain multiple times. she was like hovering it was so odd and scary like tell me why she just assumed i was a bad person over a singular miss count. even when i was done she insisted she did a recount of the clothing i took out. guess what. all were there! anyways all the workers are rude and management needs to do better but im sure the manager is just as stuck up too since nothing has changed and so many reviews say the same. anyways id order online if there wasnât stupid shipping fees but i dont know if ill come back in person for a long time. unless they actually let the nice workers...

I walked in to get couple of sweatshirts and pants for my girls but as soon as I walked in, I realized everything is a one size fits all but in reality it doesnât fit all girls. As I looked around all the girls shopping there were like a cookie cutters of each other. I did not see diversity in sizes. It seems to me that this place is only catering to the upper middle class. The prices are not economical and the quality is not the best either. Shirts that are so thin and see through for $30. Not worth the price. I was there for couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon it was busy and I saw only skinny / thin girls walk in. So if your daughter is a little curvy this may not be the place for you. As soon as I told my oldest where I was shopping she refused to get anything from there because it doesnât have all sizes for all body types. We chose to NOT SUPPORT A FAT PHOBIA STORE. OUR TEENAGERS ARE HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THEIR BODY IMAGE TRYING TO ACCEPT, LOVE đ©· THEIR BODIES AND TRYING TO FIT IN.
THIS PLACE IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO BE SUPPORTIVE OF ALL GIRLS TO FEEL COOL...
Read moreI went in with my daughter and immedietly felt uncomfortable with the workers there. They were nice to the younger girls, but none of them said anything to me. I found a sweater while my daughter was still looking and went into the dressing room to try it on. There was a puddle of urine in the first dressing room that very smelly. I told the worker girl, that had red hair, the problem. She smiled at me and told me she would have someone clean it up. I waited for my daughter to finish about 15 more minutes and was keeping an eye out to see if the urine was addressed. The worker never called anyone to take care of it and she never went into the dressing room to clean it up. She kept letting customers go into the dressing room. WOW! My daughter chose a few things to buy and we went up to the cash register and both of the checkers were checking us out and talking about an instagram post they had recently saw. One of them told us about the horrible return policy and told us our total and the rest of the time they were visiting with each other. I have Never been into a store that was so unpleasant and...
