Read moreMyself and my husband, and 2 other people called ahead to make sure we could all get some very special and very simple tattoos done. We went in and all 4 of us had to wait for 1 artist. Reina was nice and seemed to know what she was doing, and the shop was clean, but noone else even offered to help us out, and the place was empty. We all got wedding ring tattoos for our upcoming weddings. Yes, Im aware that hand tattoos fade. I have other hand tattoos, however these tattoos faded to nearly nothing after only 2 weeks. We called repeatedly to schedule a time to go in for touch ups before our wedding, as she promised to touch them up if necessary. Each time we called we were told Reina would be at the shop every day until 4 pm. We arranged to go in 3 days prior to our wedding, and drove 40 min to get there, only to be told that Reina left early. The other artist didn't bother to contact her, or offer to touch us up, even after we explained that our wedding was in a few days. He took our number and said she would call us the next day, which didn't happen. Needless to say we did not get our tattoos fixed for our wedding. We've since contacted the shop on 2 occasions, and each time we have been told that Reina is out sick, or that she left early. The tattoos are barely visible at this point. I'm very angry and disappointed with the quality, and customer service. Now we will have to pay another $120 to have our tattoos fixed, because according to the person who answered the phone today, Reina did not show up...
Read moreDO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Last year I went home with two boxes of the wrong juice. The sales person put the wrong product in the bag. I took them back the next day still in plastic packaging and they told me they were no returns or exchanges. I cannot grab the product I want off the shelf. The sales person has to get it off the shelf. I guess I am responsible to look very closley that they put in the bag what I asked for. Because it is so close to my house I found myself back there to get a battory before leaving town the following morning. The battory did not work which was a huge inconvience during my trip. The day I returned (five days later) I took it back to exchange for anouther one that worked. Once again they told me they didnt do returns or exchanges. The little boy called the manager and Mo said he would give me 20% off the same device. There is not a business in the world that can sell you a broken or incorrect product and then tell me I am out of luck but how about I buy anouther one at a discount untill Eventually, one of them is bound to work. Absolutley absured!!! I have spent over $100 on stuff that I did not want or was broken and told they dont care. I will NEVER go back.
I hope Mo goes out of business due to his treatment of his customers. It is not the employees fault. It is 100% the managers and owners fault they dont care about the people that fund...
