Super disappointed with my delivered product. Was nothing like what I ordered because they changed flower because what I ordered was out of season. They why was it even an option? Called the shop the lady seemed very polite trying to explain the reason i got what I got that the flowers were more expensive and nicer but looking at this little bouquet I got verse what I saw on line it doesn’t add up. I wanted something eye catching and big I even upgraded to the premium size and what I got could have got for a fraction of the cost at a local grocery store flower shop. Now instead of a nice big bouquet for my wife on her anniversary I got some little bouquet that’s unimpressive and make little impact visually. Just feel I was deceived and misled by advertising...

I have been going to Flower 21 since my high school prom, all the way up to my recent wedding!

Mrs. Bach is truly AMAZING to work with. She gave me so much faith, flowers were not something I had to worry about during the entire planning stage as well as the wedding day of. I asked her to arrange white/green color scheme flower bouquets, and her creations were beyond my wildest imaginations. I think pictures explain a thousand words, so attaching as many photos without faces as I can!

The team went a step further and helped gather the pillar flowers and the aisle flowers from the ceremony and reuse them for the reception... I cannot be more grateful for such a smooth event thanks to Flower 21, Mrs. Bach, and her team.

Stopped in to buy a bouquet for my wife’s birthday on Tuesday 2/25 at about 5:30 PM. For the price paid for this bouquet and it being almost fully dead by Friday 2/28 at 2pm, I have to give this place one star and tell others to avoid.

I am new to the area and previously bought flowers from (and had my expectations set by) Pesches in Des Plaines and Busse Flowers in Mount Prospect, both of which have always provided bouquets that easily last a week plus at a better price point.
