Potbelly — Restaurant in Illinois

The people who work at this location are some if the dumbest people I've met. I don't really like to slam people, but seriously, your job is to make sandwiches, salads, shakes and pour soup into bowls. That's it. The job is even easier what someone (like me) orders through their app. All they need to do is print it out, make the food and put it in a bag. Five people working at this location and they screw up two sandwiches, forget the chips and drinks. I walk in and they ask my name. I tell them. One guy goes to the ONE AND ONLY pick up order sitting on the counter. He takes out one sandwich, looks at it a puts it back and does the same with the other sandwich. A second guy comes up and does the exact same thing. Then they as what I ordered. I say, two (2) Wrecks. They say, "two wrecks?" And I confirm it. They then hand me the bag. I ask the whereabouts of the chips and drinks. They get them and I leave only to arrive home and find out they gave me the 100% wrong sandwiches. Seriously?! Your job is to MAKE sandwiches. Very slow service and there was a hair in my sandwich. I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of when I was going to pick it up and called to let them know that I was coming to pick it up ahead of time. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and there were still 2 cars ahead of me so I went inside as I had somewhere else to be (hence why I called to make sure it would be ready). When I got inside, there were 4 employees and no one in line but no one even acknowledged me for another 5 minutes. Needless to say, my order wasn't ready so I asked for a refund. They gave me a refund and then asked me to wait while they made my sandwiches and gave them to me for free. At least I got them for free but I didn't get the soup I had ordered which was for my 2 year old and then there was a hair in my sandwich (which was a male hair, not mine). Not to mention that one of the guys who was making sandwiches kept wiping his hands on his pants (not the apron) which completely grossed me out. Just started working the area a few months ago and was tired of the burger joints, I noticed the Potbellies was a drive through and I like their food and was actually excited to start going there regularly during lunch to start eating more healthy. First time there I was given the wrong sandwich, I noticed after getting back to work so I headed back, sat in the drive through again, got to the window and pointed it out asking for the correct sandwich, the woman was dumbfounded and started giving me pushback like it was my fault, you could tell she hates her job, I said I just want the sandwich I paid for she angerly said I don't need to be rude.
