Be careful, save every record and receipt because they lie when you discover tempered products. Yes it’s sad that we pay so much to find out they either temper with product and/or for sure lie about reimbursement. Never ever coming here again, completely disheartening, misleading, and evident that products are tempered with. I received my vape cartridge that had completely different labeling than what is has contained for years. It said ccell instead of Cresco. In addition, it tasted like a regular cart and not even close to a live resin cart which is what I purchased. So I called the store and spoke to Christopher the manager. In the conversation he mentioned to come in anytime after 2pm. To verify a time and date I asked if I can come in on Friday (2 days after the discovery of the mislabeled/tempered cartridge). However, last minute issues came up and I had to come in on Sunday ( the day of this review ). Before coming in I called before and it was indicated by them to come in. When I came in an unprofessional liar/employee named Zach immediately defended himself and stated the company has been producing some different labeling recently however I stated mine is not even live resin which is what I paid for. He then said he needed to go to the back to get my receipt. However, when he arrived he didn’t have the receipt and but Chris arrived who i had spoken with the day after finding out the issue. Chris stated since I didn’t have the original receipt I can only get 50% off. They lied and misled from the start. Stay away from these unprofessional staff. They have a record of me calling the next day and can match that to the tempered cartridge when I came in.
In ADDITION, nothing regarding bringing in my original receipt was indicated during the initial conversation (which may be on a recorded line). However, Christopher mentioned “i told you to bring in your receipt.” If you were able to look up my info over the phone, that means y’all have record of my transaction. The fact I came in a couple days late should not justify the lies received from Chris or Zach. Making up stuff to dodge what was clear to a customer on several occasions is unfair aside from them finding out their rightful paid items were tempered with.
Update: my original receipt was found, but due to the unprofessionalism received from Chris and Zach I want nothing to do with...
Read moreThe prices are fair and the product is as described, but the service is mind-numbingly slow. Whatever over the top hyper positive attitude the clerks have is just off-putting given how comfortable they are letting people stand around.
I had the option to scan a QR code to rate the service I got, but it was pointless to use as the clerk that helped me wasn't the one who jammed up the line by being so slow
I've seen passport applications at the post office that take less time than the average clerk-customer interaction at this place. The cashier takes their time as if there is nobody else in the store, which I'm sure is great for the person standing at the counter but absolutely awful for everybody stuck standing in line.
I came 25 minutes before close, and I finally was able to reach the clerk at the closing time. There was people behind me who might have been cut off. There was only seven or eight people ahead of me when I arrived. Ive been in out of the DMV faster and less frustration
I understand that clerks are trying to provide one-on-one quality service, but considering they only have one or two cashiers at a time it's very disrespectful to everybody else in the place who's just left standing around waiting.
They could at least give priority to people who ordered online and don't need to make any decisions. People who need extensive consultations or want to have protracted conversations before carrying out their purchase should be directed to a staff member who isn't the cashier, since those people aren't ready to carry out a transaction.
If there isn't enough staff for that, then people who need consultation either need to make an appointment or be in a separate queue that is serviced AFTER people who know what they want
That line was grim. Nobody was happy standing in that place except the clerks and the pair of customers who spent over 15 minutes gabbing before...
Read moreMy housemates and I were travelling back home to Ohio from Wisconsin over the weekend and decided to add a stop to our route, the Sunnyside in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, as we were passing through on I-94S. Despite OH legalizing last November, it's still in that in-between state where the gov't infrastructure is being developed, existing dispensaries are getting their licenses updated for recreational use, and new dispensaries are only just being established. That all said, it was a completely new experience for us to walk into a proper dispensary.
Remmy spotted us walking through the door and didn't hesitate to help us find our way around. He was incredibly accommodating and friendly, creating a super comfortable environment out of a somewhat daunting one. We got to chatting before that chatter turned more meaningful to the point he'd personally helped curate some cannabis products to our individual tastes. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and our litany of questions, teaching us - with our previous experiences having only been with hemp-derived products - all that he could about the real deal.
On Remmy's recommendation as a bit of an intro to true green, I picked up two different kinds of edibles; Good News 1:1 CBD Peach Hybrid gummies and Pride Sours Sativa gummies. While I haven't had the chance to give them a ride just yet, I'm confident they'll treat me just as well as Remmy did. The man is a LEGEND.
By this time next year I'll happily make time during the long drive home to stop by again. Sunnyside and Remmy in particular made the highlight of my summer all the more...
