I recently visited CSL Plasma Center and had the pleasure of being assisted by Anissa, one of their outstanding phlebotomists. The experience was nothing short of excellent, largely due to Anissaās professionalism and friendly demeanor. From the moment I stepped in, the staff at CSL Plasma Center made me feel welcome and at ease. The facility is well-organized, clean, and maintains a high standard of professionalism, which immediately reassured me that I was in good hands. It's clear that CSL Plasma Center places a strong emphasis on both the well-being of their donors and the quality of service they provide. Anissa stood out as a true professional. Her skill and precision in phlebotomy made the process swift and comfortable. She explained each step clearly, which was comforting, especially for someone like me who finds medical procedures a bit daunting. Her warm and approachable nature turned what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into a positive and even uplifting one. Beyond her technical expertise, Anissaās genuine friendliness and care for her patients are what truly set her apart. She chatted with me throughout the process, turning the donation into a pleasant experience rather than a clinical task. Her dedication to ensuring a positive donor experience reflects the overall ethos of CSL Plasma Center, where the staffās kindness makes a real difference. Donating plasma is for a good cause, and having such supportive and professional staff like Anissa makes me want to return again and again. It's reassuring to know that my contributions are appreciated and facilitated by such capable hands. I commend both Anissa and CSL Plasma Center for their outstanding service and commitment to making plasma donation a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve donated plasma for a while now and this is by far the worst location Iāve ever been to. How do you have more staff and stricter policies but a complete incapability to run smoothly. Your first donation will take 4 1/2-5 hours because nurses are more concerned about when their breaks are than continuously moving people through the process in a timely manner. Thereās more chatter in the intake area than concern for haste & efficiency. I understand the strict policies & the level of security going through the process but this place is ridiculous. Security guard is the best person there. Donāt get me wrong, staff is polite & eventually do the job but thatās just it, āeventuallyā. They also do not listen to you. A simple allergy to the type of bandage they use results in an extra hour ordeal to just be told you canāt donate. Just change the wrap type for me. Was denied a second time today although the ārashā was barely visible (wouldnāt be actually classified as a rash according to hospital staff I saw on the side). If I was any tanner you wouldnāt even see it. I understand they have a job to do and policies to uphold but there are grey area situations in the medical field (i.e. pale skin situation mentioned above). People donāt come here JUST to be good & donate, they need the money too. They have very little regard for that. Just very lazy, minimum effort work done here. Try other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent yesterday after going before with no problems and the lady checking people in was very loud and kinda Obnoxious with the man before me. He made a remark to me as he went to the back. She called the next donor and when I stepped on the scale she gave me a attitude about trying to see what I weighed when the scale was not level and made me lean back to catch myself. I know what the Procedures are and know they will tell me my weight if I asked. But this wasnāt the case, so after I asked her not to speak to me like that she took offense to it and made a bigger deal out of it then she should have. Didnāt want to listen to what she did to cause the problem and got really mad to the point she came from around the counter like she wanted to fight me. Another donor got in between us as if we were about to fight. She was an older lady so I wouldnāt of ever put my hands on her but she came at me like she really wanted to do something. And because she acted like that they made me leave for standing up for myself. I donāt care who you are or what your status is for donating but no one coming to this place should be talked down to. Itās a shame because I really liked the ladies in the back. But I wonāt be returning to this location ever. They really need to let this worker know thatās not Acceptable behavior,...
