Noel is a rude thief my upgrade was 99$ he charged me nearly $200 when I told him that wasn't correct he treated me like a dog an refused to return the phone I just now bought so I could go somewhere that wasn't gonna overcharged when the 99$ price is clearly posted he said I must not know how to read or understand tax but I know a hundred dollars tax is unreasonable then when I get home I realize he changed my phone bill for no reason at all I had to spend time with customer service to get it fixed I definitely do not recommend this place and I have also made a formal written complaint to the better Business bureau also I have an investigation into the manager of the store from Metro PCS T-Mobile they said he should be fired when I was on the phone with customer service after looking...

Came to this location on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 14:33. I made a special trip to get the T-Mobile Tuesday benefit which was a T-Mobile cup in this case. The Hispanic looking gentleman alongside a man in an arm sling cast, told me “They don’t have the T-Mobile Tuesday gift” and ostensibly it’s “only a T-Mobile store thing, not a metro store thing.” I find it hard to believe just this location didn’t have it cause I drove down the street to redeem it and the guy said they had “plenty” in stock. Sounds like something suspicious was going on at this store. Poor customer service and clearly T-Mobiles worst store in this area.

EDIT: Got a reply from the owner who doesn’t care. Other people say this location stinks and clearly the owner agrees it’s bad and will be committed to ensuring...

Garbage Place Took my iphone there to go get fixed they asked $80 to fix it right after they literally said $65 so they just made a price up i didn't. Care i just wanted my screen fixed they said it would take 3hours that turned into 3 days and when i get my phone back they fixed the screen but the home button was broken they broke my home button i called them and told them they broke my home button they. Told me they can fix it for $50... They want me to pay for something they broke smh...
