Galactic Arcade — Local services in Roanoke

I feel bad about the middling score but after spending 45 minutes trying to find the arcade i was more irritated than happy. The mall doesn't have it listed on the maps (its on the lower level next to Victoria secret) and google directions kept trying to send me to the other end of the mall by Barnes and noble. The arcade itself was nice with a good selection of machines. No idea if anyone worked there, never saw any employees. Will say several machines were turned off or the card reader was turned off. Literally the first two games in the door were not working. Was sad because i really wanted to play one. I went for the claw games and was very happy, won a bunch of plush. Would love to see a coin pusher...

The boys and I stopped by while walking through the mall, and we were so impressed with the selection of games! My 8- and 4-year-old thoroughly enjoyed themselves. All the games worked perfectly, and the environment was very clean. We’ll definitely visit again the next time we’re in the area. Thank you for giving us over an hour of fun! Galactic Arcade was wonderful experience today. The owners were so attentive and caring . We were visiting with my grandson and a young adult who both have special abilities. You use the machine in the front, choose to the total amount you want to spend and the number of cards . All the games were fun, modern and in good working order.
